thanks for the review! i've had it sitting in a box unsure what to use it for ever since black friday :) yes, i'm still undecided :D it's going either in a FMT24 to try and make it 'crawlier' in low gear so 1st gear makes at least some sense, or the IFS Meus MB18 whenever it's released and speaking of that... an interesting comparison that is often overlooked would be vs the Injora brushed 370 + Injora ESC combo, which is likely currently the best budget system you can get [both low speed control and wheel speed...]
Myn has an issue where if u drive it fast for a little bit it gets hot but if u drive slow it’s ok there’s no strain in the drive train and I have the slow gears

Using underdrive gear in the axles will make it slow crawl even better and still has a lot of wheel speed

Wish someone made a cheaper esc than the stock one, I just burned mine out and Traxxas wants 50 bucks for a new one
Look on eBay for used one. But you can get this whole fit for under 100 bucks and you’ll have a much better crawling experience.
You know something like the emax servo i put in, it works great for 15 bucks
Injora has a new esc for $20 that works with the trx4m

I found this kit for 60 bucks i feel likes its worth it, can you use a hobbywing 1080 card to program it?
That I’m not sure. I heard you can program it but I haven’t myself.

Anyone ever figure out what program can actually talk to this combo? My motor rotation is now backwards since I baught the meus 2 speed transmission
No I haven’t. Can’t you reverse the motor with the transmitter?

@@isaiah9313 yea so they claim, talking to hobby park they don’t make a program card for this esc, but claim the rocket rc branded one works for it
