Spider-Man: No Way Home is one of the most emotional MCU-Films so far.
A lot of my praise goes to Willem Dafoe. He is truly a force of nature and in the middle of so many famous names, he managed to completely steal the scene every time he was on screen. That man can truly act. He shined brighter than I thought possible.

This one hit me with the emotional sledgehammer, but it also really represented everything a good Spider-man movie needs. The self-sacrifice, the good heart, the will to do the right thing even if it hurts Peter the most. I honestly love crossovers that don't have to be part of some end of the world storyline. Ones where different characters from different franchises can just vibe and chat. Things like A Muppet Family Christmas, House of Mouse, Once Upon a Studio, those classic bumpers on Cartoon Network, or those newer bumpers on Disney Channel and XD like Chibiverse and Broken Karaoke. Moments that feel like your favorite characters are bonding with each other. One thing I love about the Mickey and Bugs scene in Roger Rabbit is that it implies the two, in spite of their corporations being rivals, are friends with each other and hang out and play tricks on people when they're not working. It's like introducing two of your friends from different backgrounds that you think still have a lot in common together and see if they'll become friends too. And even when we are doing high staked crossovers, like the Avengers movies, my favorite moments are when the characters are taking the time to work off of each other. There's a reason why the bar scene in Ultron is so iconic. And the "kick names, take ass" scene.
So I love how, in spite of this film's stakes, they still take the time to have these adorable scenes of these three iconic Spider-Men talk. And the use of improv actually makes it even more charming for me, because it feels more personal. Like this isn't just the characters talking, but the actors too. It's honestly my favorite part of the film as well.

As hyped up as I was for Alfred Molina's return as Doc Oak, Willem Dafoe absolutely knocked it out of the park as Green Goblin. Nearly 20 years since the first Raimi film, this man hasn't lost a sinister step in his performance and... yeah he steals just about every scene.

I think of Tom Holland's Spider-Man in this sense. What would Spider-Man be like if he didn't have his "Uncle Ben moment" and was given the keys to the castle (being in the Avengers) from the start? He is still a good person who's heart is in the right place, but he doesn't understand the depths of his responsibilities and looks to others for motivation. That's what 'No Way Home' changed for the character and brought him to the same place where Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire's Spider-Men currently are. It could be argued that this Electro and the one from TASM 2 were not the same ones. The Lizard hanging out in truck was more of a funny moment, kinda like a "there's no room for the Hulk" situation, but it wasn't explained.
Another spoiler - I wish Charlie Cox HAD shown up at the police station first then transitioned to the living room scene as the connection to HOW he became their lawyer wasn't explained, so there's another minor nitpick. I just wish he'd been used a bit more than the one scene.

He constantly put civilians in danger throughout the entire film and a lot of them ended up dying including aunt may, when will he actually learn? It's like he completely forgot aunt may died.
It's great he might now be the traditional Spiderman but will he actually act like it or will he continue to be extremely dumb and refuse to learn? Also, one of the problems with this verison of Spiderman is that he can't carry his film by himself. Now that they basically restarted him, the writers have to show us how this Spiderman could handle doing things by himself (with memories of his past experiences for him to learn from).

While I can’t claim to have seen this one yet, going off reviews, this could very well be that second example of having a big payoff to years of building up the world Spider-Man find himself in. I don’t know what happens, but part of me wonders if they really did go down the path of “One More Day,” but took a route to vastly improve on it rather than having it come off as Spider-Man at his literal worst. Guess we’ll find out when the film launches, but until we get there, the overall positive reviews have certainly helped to add another W to the MCU’s portfolio.

Gonna watch this vid later when I see the film tomorrow, definitely can’t wait to see it.
Just got back from seeing the film, and all I can say is that it was definitely a pretty spectacular experience.

5:30 From Dr Strange: "The Ancient One: You’re advancing quickly with your sorcery skills. You need a safe space to practice your spells. You are now inside the Mirror Dimension. Ever present but undetected. The real world isn’t affected by what happens here. We use the Mirror Dimension to train, surveil, and sometimes to contain threats. You don’t want to be stuck in here without your sling ring."

It is addressed why The Lizard (the person Doug’s talking about) stays in the truck while the others go inside the place. It’s because He says he doesn’t want to suffer the consequences for what Peter is going to do.

I love this movie, it's the best MCU's ever gotten in my opinion.
And in NO way would I want to trim the chatter between the three spider-men. If anything, I'd take a lot more of it.

I'm pretty sure the theatrical cut of this movie is missing 30 minutes. I would like to see a extended version where we see Tom Holland searching for his - legal defense - and more of the characters in the lab playing of each other

I don't really have anything to say other than I agree with pretty much everything you said lol except for the bantering at the end, I didn't think it went on too long. For me it was just enough. I loved it!

I won’t spoil it here but I have two alternate titles:
    1) Spider-Man Days of Future Past
    2) Fan Service The Movie

Days of future past would had been better given to how they put Daredevil hell put X-Men in it as well as the Fantastic Four.

Though I do roll my eyes at improv scenes that go on waaaaay too long, this movie has one that I couldn't get enough of. I was thankful that it happened and that it went on as long as it did. The fact that it was happening at all was magical.

About the Mid-Credit scene, it depends on which direction they are going with it.
Since "that" maybe not even exists in that universe it could potentially go into at least three directions. Although there is one that is the most likely.

Definitely worth the hype!! Saw it in theatres today and the audience erupted multiple times. It was fan service done right since the characters introduced are so integral to the plot.
Some of my favourite moments were the talking moments particularly with three characters.
Everyone brought their A Game. I also think the mid credit scene is setting up two different things and I’m super excited for both!
