- In this video I very quickly run through how to setup the Remote MCDU for the FBW A320 in MSFS 2020 using Simbridge. This feature allows you to control your MCDU in the Airbus from any device on the network through the browser.

having a devil of a time trying to get back to using tablets .. with USB connection SPace Desk just isnt cutting it, and this deosnt work yet !

Unfortunately, even thoe it looks simple, I did not succeed.
I went through all the steps discribed in the tuto. It works until i get the MCDU in a separate windows...
Unfortunately when I want to access it on my tablet, it does not find it. After typing the URL, I get an error message saying it does not find anu document corresponding to this URL.
I checked the spelling multiple times but no way. I took the IPv4 adress of my computer where MSFS is installed and the 8380 code from the tablet in the aircraft... Used the codes for the http in my tablet to become the mcdu.... it soes not find it.
Any idea ?

By the way, I double checked that Simbridge connection was still active and it was.
Same I think because I am using public internet so that maybe doesn’t work
I have been test that, they will not working if you are using public internet to try to connect each other. So before I have try to use public internet to connect each other but they don’t work but when I using private internet (my phone internet) to connect each other, and they work
@@drewkong1520 Hi Drew, thank you for your feedback. WHat do you mean public or private internet. From my side, i am using the WIFI at my private home.
Hmm, honestly it sounds like you have done everything correctly. I was going to say go and check Simbridge. THe one other I would try is just turning Simbridge off on the Flypad and then back to auto. If that doesn't work then I'd suggest checking out the Dev's documents here - docs.flybywiresim.com/simbridge/troubleshooting/#main-window
Otherwise, the best would be to post in their Discord and they/their team should be able to provide more info - docs.flybywiresim.com/fbw-a32nx/support/#4-report-issue-on-discord
Does this work with the headwind A330NX as well?
I am not sure as I don not have the Headwind A330, but I don't think so.
Well, it does show me simbridge on the headwind installer, ima try it and let you know how it went

great tutorial but i would highly recommend blurring out the ip adress sinc anyone can just acces your location
It's a local network address.
@@henrikolsen5 correct local addresses are non unique..
@@unexpectediteminbaggingare8074 My point was to state it should not be an issue exposing that local IP. Does not reveal anything useful for anyone else.
