Claro puede funcionar pero con imán permanente pero tampoco como para un ventilador funciona con una corriente baja si le ponemos un inversor asi más bien funciona mejor saludos

No, it's an AC motor. I think maybe he was making a real video in the beginning, realised it wouldn't work and decided to resort to trickery. That motor can be modified to generate voltage by adding magnets to the inner rotor but in its current state it will not work.

the dc engine looks like a low rpm engine..what is the rpm ? can a wind mill do the job?
it can only produce 12v system... on this RPM its impossible to be 220v
