      @@CHUCKSANDPOLOS and on top of that, the Migos are very influential. I mean, there's a reason why the triplet flow is now called like the Migos flow. @CritikalJari Před 3 lety +1

      Although I disagree with that in general, I think it should 100% apply to the Migos, its the fact that all 3 rap on every track and the minimum length is 3, and on this album the average song length is 3:57 almost damn near 4 minutes

    Takeoff still does what he does. Offset gets better and better. The "problem" is Quavo. He's not hungry no more and he always sound the same. Same flow, same melodies and cadence. It's getting boring on his side.

    Migos okay I like the formula Avalanche put a smile on my face but the album fell off hard after that. it was good for about 10 minutes of mild two stepping while drinking a corona, not good enough to listen to while cooking. they aint close to being the best group in hip-hop but I have heard them say that a lot. they dont touch outkast, wu tang, lox, griselda, do or die, Mobb deep, or three six.

    I'm probably on the unpopular opinion side of this project, as I think this is probably their worst of the Culture series IMO. The production felt bland on the most part (Avalanche was the only standout) and the features pretty much did nothing that interested me during the project. This is coming from a huge Migos fan who LOVES Culture 1 and I still like Culture 2 despite it being a drag of an album. IMO Culture 1 > Culture 2 > Culture 3. It just keeps getting worse and worse IMO.

      @@musiclifter5424 I tried my best to like Jane. I just couldn't handle the hook. I don't mind repetitiveness, like feel, I like Versace xD But for some reason the hook here was just too much for me to tolerate. Other than the hook it's a pretty solid track

    • @JaxDobba
      @JaxDobba Před 3 lety

      @@musiclifter5424 I can totally see your point. I like Migos for their flow and beats and hooks personally. My biggest issue with Culture 3 is that the singles got me so hyped up for the album, Avalanche, Need It, and Straightening. I'd say all of those singles were really good singles 3/3 for singles, but then the album comes and I'm like.. What the hell happened?? I literally only got 5 songs out of 19 from this album. The singles I mentioned, Roadrunner, and Modern Day. (I kind of like the Pop Smoke song but drill beats aren't my thing). I was just super disappointed and it just felt like the producers didn't give a shit for most of this album which is why I'm just like why? I do get the appeal though I don't think it was a TERRIBLE album but I think it was extremely disappointing and lackluster.
