    Thank you. I have always outsourced primer/probe design because I didnt know how to find exons. This will help me so much. Thank you.

    Thank you for the video! I imagine I'm too late with this question - but I was wondering if there's a way to get the transcription/pre-mRNA sequence directly from ensemble? TIA

    Please, why in mRNA seq we're seeing nucleotides like DNA, have not U base?

    wasn't there a way to view all the exons of the gene, not of a particular transcript?

    Thanks for sharing. So, how can I get transcript structure of gene at Ensembl? Thanks again!

    A t 2:29 if i want to design primers that span exons junctions how do i do this. Im confused. There are exons in yellow and then ESPN exons in red. And then just yellow in between. Would i need to pull together just the red letters or all letter in yellow.

    • @EnsemblHelpdesk
      @EnsemblHelpdesk  Před 3 lety

      The yellow without the red text is exons of other genes. To design primers only for your gene of interest, you need to just look at the red sequence.

    How we download the entire gene sequence from 5' (ATG) to 3' (UAG).means start to stop codon?

      @EnsemblHelpdesk  Před 3 lety

      The Export data button on the genes pages provide you with options to download genomic, cDNA, CDS and protein sequences.

    HOW CAN WE FIND A MUTATION IN A PARTICULAR EXON

    • @EnsemblHelpdesk
      @EnsemblHelpdesk  Před 3 lety

      Ben shows you the configure menu for the exons view at around 7m40s. You can display variants using that option.
