    CONNECTING TO YOUR BABY IN THE WOMB Affirmation Meditation - Guided Meditation for Pregnancy
    Welcome to this meditation for connecting to your baby in the womb. After getting comfortable, either seated or lying down, with your hands on your belly you will do some calming breathwork to relax. Breathing down to your baby and enjoying any movements that you feel your baby make. Next, you will hear a series of positive affirmations for baby bonding. See each affirmation as a conversation you are having with your baby. Allow each of the pregnancy affirmations to sink into your mind and body allowing you to feel a deeper emotional and physical connection with your baby in the womb. Try to listen to the baby bonding meditation everyday for 21 days, it will really help you to feel more connected to your baby and more calm and confident as you journey through your pregnancy. You may even want to write out a few of your favourite baby bonding affirmations and stick them up around your home.
