    Madam pls tell,
If cheque is bounce on 1st of march 2020, cheque return memo date is 3 march 2020, then in such case legal notice must be issued within 30 days I.e. 2nd April 2020, but due to lockdown Legal Notice is not issued. Now can legal notice be issued? And pls tell as per direction of supreme court limitation for issue of legal notice is also extended or not ?
