Like always, Tommy absolutely owned this cover, wonderful song and video. English lyrics that Tommy provided in the description (written in a comment below) are not the translation, but the English version of the song that was sung in ESC (Swedish version was at Melodienfestivalen). It's also great, but the original Swedish lyrics are much more beautiful. This is the direct translation:
