If you have a visual audio wave viewer you can see when you get it just perfect as well, you generally want to have your main deck exactly one or two beats ahead of the other deck

i use dj apps on my phone and they have a cue and call, pick a point call it back, but this is much easier. good shit beo

If your mixer has tap tempo delay you can do this with one table. Basically use the echo effect instead of loading the song on the second table. Good substitute in a pinch
