Finally, this song is about vengeance to Russian police repression. At least since 2018, IC3PEAK had a lot of problems with the Russian administration due to their videos. Especially because of "Death no more" / "Смерти Больше Нет" (~160M views here). The first tour after the video, the band wasn't allowed to play in Russia and most of the concerts were annulled or stopped by police or even russian secret service FSB. Last ones were not happy that the band members were sitting on the shoulders of OMON-officers (anti-riot police) in front of FSB headquarter.
So in this video, the POV is a Ru. police officer. Sadly, in the beginning, 13 seconds are missing, due to YT TOS and directly after it, the uniforms with the pigs are ordinary police uniforms there.
The goat in the end is a reference to an old Russian fairy-tale, where a Young boy was warned to drink a bottle or glass of water and when he finally drank it, he transformed to a goat.
There is a very long interview on "Meduza", an oppositional media, where Nastya Kreslina (singer) explain the song and the video. Sadly, it only exist there in Russian and I can't send links here.
If you want, I can send here the translation of the part of the interview.
In every case, You should look their video "marching", a song / video against this war, but already realized in 2020.

Amazing. Thank you so much for all the context. All I've read and heard about them so far, I have lots of respect for them - and their music and videos are amazing.

@@manondereeper If you want to know more about them, I have some documentaries in my playlist here. The first one is a big interview by a famous (and forbidden) Russian YT channel, the second one (ПУСТЬ ВСЁ ГОРИТ) is a documentary about their tour in 2018 where local Police came in the venue to cancel the concert in Voronezh. Both videos have original English sub-titles.
Sadly, all recent documentaries from ARTE TV (French-German public service culture TV) aren't online anymore due to law.

And here is the statement from Nastya Kreslina (singer of IC3PEAK) in an interview for Meduza about "Kiss Of Death", translated from Russian to English by Google:
"[...]The “Kiss of Death” video takes place in a forest that at first seems like a fairy tale. The forest is the only place of freedom in Russia. There are no cameras, no one knows what you are doing there, you can hide there, unlike the city. At the same time, you can be killed there, tortured by the cops, anything can happen. And there are no witnesses. And you never know what will jump out of this dark forest.
We ended up with a scary tale about a poor naive cop, whom we lured to a fabulous picnic, sacrificed and, perhaps, if we continue this story, roasted on the fire, like the kid he eventually turned into. This is also a story about relationships with authorities, only in such an inverted way.
In recent years, I have been thinking about the concept of a good cop. How can you show a cop in a good light? In our country, everyone hates cops and the cops themselves hate themselves. And a cop is simply a representative of a police state. But all the time, a good cop turns out to be either naive or stupid. Neither one nor the other is an excuse for all the cruel things the cops do."

We do sometimes call government or police "svině" = "swines" in Czechia, but that is overall derogatory term similar to English "bastard". Not sure how it is in Russia, but since Slavic countries share a lot, could be. But yes, it is used in Czechia in sentences like: "Those swines increased taxes again!" or "That swine gave me a ticket for going slightly too fast!".

Oh, thank you for that! That makes sense. They call cops "pigs" in English too. So it's common in more than one language!

Imagery is based on Slavic folklore, but in that regard, it's not that different from broadly European folklore. It has its own distinct flavor, but they influence each other to a large degree.
With a caveat that Slavic folklore has a plethora of forest spirits that lure people into the woods to their deaths. A forest is an ominous place, a "spirit realm", and spirits dislike trespassers.
This makes sense, as eastern Europe is heavily covered in forests and bogs.
But general knowledge of European folklore gives most of the necessary vibes.

Can you react to plak-plak by IC3PEAK? It’s not really alike metal at all, but the music is still alternative and music video kind of creepy🙏
