Looks pretty straight forward... making it for the girls this evening. Thanks guys!
looks awesome
Finally I found someone who cooks just like me. Everything I ate at my Italian nani and has been past down to me. Looking forward to new recipes 😊
20 minutes at what temp.?
It’s in the oven, smells wonderful. Thank you 😊
Fast, easy and should be delicious! I'm in!!
This is exactly what I was looking for warm salad for grilled fish, it was worth all the talking 😹
Yes so colorful. Love it❤
Delicious recipe
2nd Helping Cooking Thanks so much!
This recipe plays out perfectly for someone who grew up with strong old-world immigrant cooking. For the most part you can just eyeball everything since most of the flavor is coming from the raw ingredients.
I have heritage from the Iberian Region though so I prefer different flavors. I substituted the rosemary and thyme with sazon and added linguica sausages with the Italian along with onions, potatoes, garlic, pickled red peppers and bacon.
Ah, so delicious.
For those who needed exacts, his food looked more charred than mine so I'm assuming he was baking at 375-400 F. I was sitting comfortably at 350 with about 15 minutes covered and 10-15 more minutes uncovered.
Thank you for this thoughtful comment Yuri!
Why don’t people read the more section where the recipe is written?😊

Because it isn't.
@@yuripetrovic7606 I just read it so look a little harder

There's a print ready article linked in the description, but the actual recipe is most assuredly not in the description. You're wither lying, or simplifying the truth to make it seem more obvious than it actually is.
I want to thank you for sharing the video. Excellent dish and I enjoyed watching you chop because I was able to chop alongside you and cook it together. And for those wanting the temp, it says on the video detail 425.F All the recipe details are there.
I thoroughly enjoyed vid I made it to a t was off the chain 💯
Thank you 😊
what is the temperature of the oven when your cooking it. For how long did you cook it for. You said 20 minutes but did you keep it in longer and was it covered the entire time. thanks. Looks amazing!
At 11:14 you can see -- on the stove's control panel -- the oven setting: 425 degrees F ( = 218 degrees C).
What temperature was your oven set at!!!!!

Wow, ran into this video after looking for different ways to do sausage and it was so easy to make, my husband and my dad loved it few weeks ago. Made again today at my husband’s plea. So good, so delicious. Thank you so much!
So thrilled to read this! Thanks so much Victoria!
Are u pre boiling your potatoes ???
At 11:14 you can see him removing the potatoes from boiling water. Presumably the potatoes are cooked until they're almost tender. (They finish cooking in the oven.)
Some advice. The best recipe videos are 5 minutes or less. Nobody needs to spend 10 minutes watching you chop ingredients.
I agree and i mt shoud have atleast a subtitle what he is putting because the voice cannot hear clearly
Exactly and I sped through it to figure out the cooking temp and he didn’t even say it 🤦🏽♀️

😵💫😆
Put a wet paper towel near you when cutting onions will osorbe the smell and won't burn your eyes....
Really?! Lmao I’m trying this tonight!🙌💖😭
It would be neat if he could tell the difference between a red and green pepper blindfolded.
Never put the garlic in first
@ Cana box Why? If he wants the oil to have garlic flavor, putting garlic first isn't totally wrong. If you think garlic can get the ingredients burnt more easily, then don't cook it for too long & adjust the heat accordingly.
It looks good and am going to make this today, but it's just too much talk just to get to the cooking.
Hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by ♥
sorry but the video is really confusing the lady really should be there! it should be about the cooking
If a straightforward dish like this confused you you'd better stick to PB&J.
Too long
I wish the video was closer I struggled to hear because of the background music was loud I’m half way through ugh just a long video
You guys just talked too much.
He doesn't seem Italian to me, and he is not a very good speaker. I want to know if you can make it really good by cooking everything together in a pan.
