      They might still charge her for that. That's a separate issue, and some of this takes time. I'm sure having this felony arrest on her record isn't doing her any favors. I truly hope she serves some time for robbing a dead man. And there should be consequences for the sheriff, the judge and the remaking people that can be seen on video stealing from a dead mans estate.

    If that chief of police is “acting in good faith with everything they’ve done” then explain how they allowed a widow with dementia to be robbed within 24hrs after her husband passed away and the ENTIRE group of individuals involved haven’t been charged yet?? Sheriff’s office is suppose to protect and serve. They certainly didn’t protect and serve neither the widow, the gentleman who passed away nor his family.

    Thank God! That woman is a menace to society. I really feel for the victim who thought that her personal circumstances of being low income and that judges standing in the community would fall on deaf ears. We need to pray for the victim, for her continued safety.🙏

      Look up the video where she robbed a man's family after he passed away. She went in and said she was the probate judge 7weeks before she was sworn in. Her and a few other gentleman took cash, a pistol, over 2k in electric dog collars and other stuff. Glad she got what was coming

      What he said ^ She pretended to be a Probate Lawyer before being sworn in under oath. Showed up at Slade Hollis's house after he died and was taken to the hospital. She showed up a few hours later and took cigarettes out of his truck. A gun went missing along with a gallon ziploc bag full of trash, $2k worth of gps dog collars, 2 Garmins. So I've been wondering what all she specifically got.

    The person that swore her in knowing that she was pretending to be a probate judge in the first place needs to be fully investigated. The whole office does, I honestly think that the police in that town as well. There is some crazy things going on in that town. Things that shouldn't be going on. I hope that you guys stick with this because justice needs to be served. I bet they are hoping that by this being upgraded to felony gun charge that the rest of the stuff that is going on in the background with that dude that passed away will pass over.

Though she would eventually become probate judge in fact this lady who turned herself in was impersonating one when she and three or four others removed stuff from the deadman's estate before the rightfull heir could showed up . The things they took belonged to estate , no one else. The deadman's daughter had to travel 8 hrs to get there and wasn't even told right aways as these people wanted to get what they deemed vauable before she got there.
