I work in an extremely busy salon... bathers normally are getting 15 - 18 dogs daily (some days there are 3 bathers on & other days 4 bathers on). This looks like it takes too long to do. But I appreciate seeing this... maybe i could modify it somehow. In addition you are doing this on a very compliant client
Doesn’t take me long, I don’t tend to use the froth method on large breeds. I used to have salon’s previously. I started doing this method when I moved to a home salon. Saves on shampoo and gives great results x thanks for taking the time to comment x means a lot x I hope you will let me know if you do modify it to your busy salon x
@@wendythepetgroomer1975 My sister is the owner i sent it to her & we were discussing it (we are closed today) she did think it was something we could only do when we had time & on smaller breeds... we also blow out the conditioner on the double coated fluffier dogs & as you can imagine that takes time too... sometimes we can't do it bc we don't have that time but we do try to incorporate as much as we can & i enjoy learning new techniques 😊 thank you
@@luciac.419 did you see my technique with double coats?
@@wendythepetgroomer1975 No I don't think so... btw i just used it once yesterday on a shih szu

I love this idea, my shampoos have a 1:32 dilution ratio. Is it ok to just froth neat shampoo and apply to the coat? I just wanted to make sure before I purchase the egg frother. Thanks
You do need to add a small amount of water.
Do you always use it on them when there dry
Yes x the froth is ready mixed with water so the froth will grip to the skin and coat and clean well. One shampoo to get the main dirt off and a second to let the shampoo do it’s thing. Eg cleanse, hydrate, soften and condition etc x frothing is a great way of shampooing, gives even distribution and the micro bubbles 🫧 absorb well into the coat. Making a good contact with the dirt x hope that helps x
