Crazy dude. Of all the consoles i regret not spending more time with, Saturn is definitely No 1.
Weird thing to say maybe coz i could always go back and play it now, but im already struggling for time to play my current backlog let alone going back to retro lol.
And ive never even got around to playing Panzer Dragoon saga, cos i never picked up a saturn memory cart. Oh FYI "Zwei" rhymes with why, rather than sway. Lol :)

😂 thanks for letting me know mate! Honestly don’t think i’ve ever heard anyone pronounce it to know. Saturn is definitely a comfort food type of console for me. My backlog is huge but I can still easily put on a Saturn game and have 20 mins of bliss 😇. I need to catch up on your latest videos too…bit of a youtube backlog aswell lol

I'm completely with you on the cases, even though they are a bit flimsy, in the case of early pal Saturn and pal Dreamcast one's, they do look great and look really good displayed on shelves.
I always thought the pal cases for Mega drive, Saturn and DC were much better than the Us versions.

Completely agree, aesthetically they all look so great on a shelf, unique and easy to find in your collection because they use logo’s and different font styles, rather than just names on jewel cases!

Sonic 3D PAL special stage doesn't run in NTSC mode so if you've got a 60hz switch on your system you gotta toggle it back to 50hz before it loads :)

Ahhh thanks for saying this dude! I had no idea, I thought it was something to do with my HDRetroVision cables and resolution or something. Does this explain certain games clipping at the top and bottom, and also SEGA Touring Cars playing like it’s on fast forward…or is that just that game? 😂

Lovely Collection - I have had a complete Saturn PAL set for many years now. The SEGA Saturn is still my favourite console of all time. Though I am wondering why you have been selling your collections?

Mentioned it a couple of times recently but i’m moving to Japan and logistically it’s hard to transport both Saturn and Dreamcast sets over. Also I feared Dreamcast especially would be hard to keep every game from getting damaged in the move. I also fancy starting again collecting Japanese games when I get there :)

@@SkillJim That's completely understandable - I have a pretty large collection of Japanese games for my Saturn too (269), as I started importing when the western market died up. The Saturn has SO many great games, that I couldn't help but keep going. I still buy the odd game, even now.

@@8bitsnkboy472 It’s just a treasure trove of hidden gems! I can’t wait to get stuck into the random Japanese game finds :)
