@@JayZinger well, gurl groups have disbanded from interpersonal conflicts so getting along really is a need for concern. It could hv been pez and jess getting along vs jade and leigh. So all of them all together had to get along as it was a new group.

She has an amazing eye and ear, for example knowing Leigh Anne’s softer vocal texture would help blend the harmonies because to this day, Leigh Anne’s voice still is the glue that holds their voices together.

@@cliodhnamalone7493 Zoe Alexander auditioned for X Factor and the producers of the show set her up. basically push her to do a Pink song, ie that's the only way you get to the live audition, only to be humiliated by the judges for being a Pink copycat. They also switched off the stage monitors so she can't really hear the music when she started singing. They did it to make her breakdown on stage for TV ratings. it is so heartbreaking to hear her talk about it. go check your YT account. I know it's been a few years but I only literally watched it yesterday and remembered her audition.
She knew that Leigh’s voice blended them altogether so early 😂. Us mixers know that in harmonies she’s the glue but it took us a while to know that I believe 😭
The confidence Kelly had in that formula of the group is literally GENIUS. Like how Tulisa saw how relatable they could come across to the public.

It seems to be that the key to success on being on The X Factor is auditioning solo, getting eliminated and having the judges bring you back to put you in a group.
Makes sense in hindsight. If you're already clicking solo, you get signed directly by a label (then) or blow up on social media (now) and don't go on X Factor in the first place. Meanwhile a created group is something new. Doesn't usually work, but once in a while you catch lightning in a bottle.
There was so much trial and error when it came to creating groups in X Factor 2011 and that shouldn't be ignored
Kelly Rowland is an exceptional singer and performer who understands performance dynamics and tone sensibilities even as a young artist!!! She just knew their tones were different but complementary to each other!!!!!!

Kelly Rowland is a beast hands down, she has an eye for this stuff. I wish she would put the same energies into her solo career I mean she is successful, but she could be so much more and there is so much room for improvement she is a really talented woman, WOW!
Kelly could be like the next Robin antin scouting girls for girl bands, she just instinctively knew what little mix would bring to the table and she was right.

I am glad and happy that Kelly Rowland bought Little Mix together, from solo artists to becoming the best Girl Group, the only group to win the show! She is a fantastic, brilliant genius.

Kelly is a pro! One of the best judges for sure.
I know she was only a stand in judge but she should of been head judge. When she formed little mix, she knew they had something special, where for Simon it was just “money” and then making out he was the one that formed them. But Kelly saw genuine potential in them, and look what happened. They became so successful!! She should be given the credit for forming the bands!!

What i loved about the formation of the group is how well-balanced it is vocally and how diverse it is. They sound incredible but I never ever thought they could stick for a decade together. These girls are already professional making sure they could work together and have a good relationship (well except now). But the fact that they lasted a long time and leave a legacy is insane
I'm pausing the video at 2:10 cause you guys I can't believe I'm actually crying!! They've come so far and the judges are such a genius to put them together, so emotional cause this is the moment that started it all and they have given us so much amazing music over the years. I miss ot4 and can't wait for ot3 to come back from hiatus and when they do, people better start appreciating these talented queens ❤️❤️❤️

When I first saw Little Mix in the X Factor I was like… what the heck is this. But then I heard their voices together and how every week they improved. They became my favourite 😻 Kudos to Kelly Rowland and Tulisa for championing this 🙌🏼

Pretty hilarious how the two American judges, (and Nicole was a guest judge) put together the two most successful groups. It’s almost like they know what being in a successful group is like. And Simon had nothing to do with it😅

Simon is really good with management though. Kelly helped put together Junes Diary afterwards but they lacked the backing that LM did.

The best thing about LM’s members is that they proved that they could work well in groups. They were initially invited back to form Orion and Faux Paus after failing as soloists. They all agreed. Not forced like 1D and 5H when they first formed.
Finally! After 11 years, some of the unseen footage of Little Mix journey can now be seen! More of the unseen footage please, like their full auditions and the other song they sang at Tulisa's house.
For real Destiny's Child could be Little Mix 's Moms after this ...Those Wings really where made to fly and sang us the Sweetest Melodies.

From last two clips it seems like Luis Wlash was really pushing for Jesy! He really liked her audition and then he pointed at her and said great singer and it seems like at this point Gary liked her a lot too. And If you watch closly she was put to Jade and Leigh so faaaaaast😂. I really love it. I think they knew she would be great mum to her three kids😂

I think it's because this reveals the conversation we saw on the actual show was faked, it happened after they already made the decision. It was even more extreme with 1D, Simon complained about getting the groups on the show while if you watch the real clip he was excited about them and wanted their category from day 1.
We can all thank Liam Payne for that because it all started with him taking credit for One Direction and I think they just decide to do as well Little Mix in the process

Kelly already had the vision of the fours before everyone else. She had it in front of her mind's eye and in her ears. She heard them singing together before they really sang together for the first time. This is called true talent. Little mix enormous success was bcs of Kelly. She set the ground and gave them the opportunity. Actually, the girls should have started a collaboration with Kelly as a thank you when they had reached the hights of their career. Too bad that the band no longer consists of the quartet because Jessy left. Toxic people have destroyed her. Destroyed what was once a free and self-loving soul. And after she took the step and wanted to start a solo career, the wokeness destroyed her without Jessy ever had bad intentions. A shame and a sad ending

But that’s a boy band, not a girl band.
