To tighten up a sloppy stretched cable do you just move the 2 mounting nuts forward pulling the entire assemble away from the point being controlled? I have a backhoe which switches between 3 speeds the push pull wont move far enough to engage the low gear, I only see 2 movements (clicks) I assume thats an adjustment issue
