Thanks for such beautiful Urdu. I , originally belong to India and after 1947, Hindi ( Devnagri script )and Punjabi ( Gurmukhi script ) had replaced Urdu in schools. Having studied some Hindi, I can understand simple Urdu but your scholarly Urdu, beautiful as it may sound, is not comprehensible to people like me. Please keep on using those words but if possible,
add their English translations as well. I do read your English translation but oral English translations will make it easier for older ( and slowed down ) people like me.

Your poignant voice over and shots through alleyways take me back to place and time of my ancestors, who were born and lived there. I can imagine my 10 year old grand father running and hopping through these alleys in pre-partition Punjab. SO much of life and so many stories - most of it lost!

I am sixty plus typical Lahori by birth but not any hesitation to tell that I don't have any knowledge more than 80% of the places which are introduced by you and you educates us.
