Chinese and most Asian love chitterlings and hog maws and pig feet cook it right its delicacy! I've noticed the difference in American chitterlings you guys only eat the outter casings of chitterlings. In Asian cuisine most of our chitterlings have fats on them the best fat gave great texture and flavor that's why they look like a whole chitterlings cook it right its soooo good and addictive
