I would never want to work in a house with such a bloody history. Obvious sign that it is haunted 👻!
I don’t consider drug use/addiction a shameful thing, as I believe addiction is a disease that doesn’t discriminate. In my addiction, I stayed at a rooming house where everyone who lived there used drugs. It happened to be a few blocks from the university campus. I saw a freshman from out of town naively rent a room there, and become addicted to crack by the middle of his first term. So sad! If I’d seen him when he moved in, I would have warned him, but I met him later, just a good kid. Failing his classes and wanted go home, but was ashamed. A dealer had the best room in the house (next to the bathroom and kitchen), and everyone was jealous. He also would threaten people who owed him money. The dealer was found dead in his bed, with blunt force trauma, that year. If Brain was prey for a dealer and couldn’t pay up, or if they were afraid he’d tell, he wouldn’t be the first, or the last, to go missing.
Brian calls his father saying he’s scared and his father says I’ll call the school not I’ll come get you or send for you to come home. Great
I could think of a different perspective of Bryan's story. They made it seem like Bryan was afraid of being exposed as homosexual, but what if his friend mistook his actions and thought Bryan wanted a sexual relationship? It makes more sense that the friend would have been embarrassed if Bryan refused his advances. Or perhaps Bryan was experimenting and decided it wasn't who he was, and turned the guy away?
Another thing that bothers me is the father not going to pick him up when he was begging him to come get him. If my child did that, I would know something was wrong and go to their aid.
Yeah my kids went off to college far away, & loved it,, but if they ever wanted to come home I would without a doubt let them, because you never know what's going on especially if you're 5 hours away.
Oh yes.....if the actor's tone of voice was right on.....I can hear fear in his voice...
Once my son and his friend were arrested for "possession of burglary tools"..... they were 15....
I asked the judge in the court room. "Did the officers write down the burglary tools they had?"
The atty was told to read the list to me......
#1) 2 claw hammers
#2) 2 ball pin hammers
#3) 2 tire irons
#4) 2 "some unrecognizable tool for lifting roofing nails."
Aerigh and Steve both worked for a young roofer trying to start his own company........I asked the judge, " don't these 2 of this and 2 of that, pile of tools SOUND LIKE 2 poor kids that can't even afford 2 tool boxes?"
"Well Mr Prosecuter, what do you think of that?" 🤨
Asked the judge.........
Anyway the boys attys wanted them to plead "nolo contendere".......🧐
Aerigh, my son told the judge......"I really dont want to plead "nolo contendere",
Because I want to go to school to be a defense atty one day, and I dont KNOW
if this plea will hurt my chances."........ the judge also talked to Steve about his goals......Steve's father was there too and he told the judge he wanted his son to hang out in jail for a couple weeks to learn a lesson. So Aerigh pipes up and HE says, " please judge,
If u have to keep Steve because that's what his father wants......then please keep me too.....
There are 2 big men in the same cell w us and they said they will make us their girlfriends if we come back from court. I don't want my friend in jail w those 2. No way he can protect himself from those two men.
And Steve's father said, "then put him in juvie for 2 weeks." And the judge looked at me and asked...
Mrs Goeb, are YOU willing to take responsibility for Steve too?"......... the father shouted, "NO!".....And the judge read out his decision
About the boys having a probationary period, a curfew, and Steve staying w us for 2 weeks........
These 2 boys worked at Baskin Robbins in the mall.
They were sitting in Aerigh's
Beat up ancient Toyota counting their "tips" when 2 policemen pulled up and checked them out because
A very nice nearby steakhouse had been robbed......about 2 miles from the mall......and here were these two boys whooping and hollering
About what a great HAUL they had made......as they counted their tip money🤦🏻♀️
So the police took the tip money as proceeds of a crime🤭🤭🤭and arrested them for "possession of burglary tools." 🤯......
That was 30 yrs ago. Aerigh DID become a defense atty
Who never lost a case.....
He mentored a LOT of young men who were coming up the hard way💝.
He was a very good man and an atty who would NOT give up on his client if he believed him innocent. But
Don't lie to him..or it's over.
🖐🏻☺️
@@braeutchen41 What an amazing story! Almost hard to believe…but not the arrest part. A lot of kids get a bum rap. Glad you and your son beat it. He sounds like he must be a great attorney!
I didn’t get that feeling at all. I was thinking maybe the harasser was a rival of some sort…an old boyfriend or admirer of someone Brain dated, or who was jealous of Brain for some reason. Or I’ve seen kids get in trouble with drugs when they have a college fund or student loans, and “party” too much. Their grades often slip, and they get drugs on credit when they spend big, so a dealer thinks they must have a rich family, or good income. Really, they can only get that kind of money 3-4 times a year, and only if they pass their classes. I’m in LT recovery, and have worked with many struggling with addiction. I realize that’s my bias, but it’s also super common. Gay people usually like to date others who are serious, not straight people who aren’t interested…also from experience.
I doubt Brian was murdered. My friend in high school commited suicide and his parents were determined to believe it was murder in spite of the overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Grief is a powerful emotion.
I know parents who covered up their child’s overdose, by calling it a suicide. I was close to the deceased. I guess it depends where a family’s shame or grief lies. Either that or they interpreted his drug use as suicidal 💔. Brain, though, may have been murdered, IMO. Harassing and threatening calls are bad news. When I worked as a victim advocate, they were often followed by real violence. Who knows what the harasser’s beef was but, if he was threatening him, that’s serious. A lot of kids do poorly their first term in college, and are homesick.
You can chase and shoot at an officer and be home in 15 years?
I’d never go down into a dark basement looking for a ghost!
Some good actual true crime in the last couple of these seasons.
Steven Andersons recording made me laugh 😂 😂😂 Who does he think he is?? Terminator? "Bang bang! ....U have a nice day officer"
I dunno...how often do you find a foot left over in a shoe in general? Would anything be left if the Wild was at work?
I'm not sure about the Shame angle. It was hardly scandalous to have independent feelings about sexuality by the late '90s. Just because social media wasn't around doesn't mean people didn't know what they were doing. In fact, it was quite the opposite.
Ah, you haven't seen the Rhode Island Road Rage Murder segment. There are bones aplenty in those waters.
A "friend" who made threatening phone calls in "jest", some friend! Geez! I feel bad for Brian & his family! I hope they got Justice! That "friend" need's to be looked into more! May God rest his soul & comfort Brian's loved one's!
i mean it was a 'popular' suicide location, they are lucky they did find any of his bones in all reality. During the teen age years it is one of the highest ri
sk of suicide for LGBT youths, these numbers may have come down in recent years but were soaring in 90s and late 2000's
There seems to always a gay person stirring up drama among their quieter boyfriends.
That "boyfriend" was holding Brian's emotions hostage.
I know most ppl don't give a shiiiiiitttt about a cat bt I do, after Leah disappeared I HOPE someone like family or one Leah's friends took care of her beloved cat. I mean Leah wouldn't want her cat to be alone she obviously loves her cat. That's why I hope her cat is ok and being cared for by family or friends. Hope they find Leah
Bones were found that had a rod that was similar to one in her leg ?
The People on this show clearly have a problem differentiating between Hallucinations, rat noises in the ceiling and Ghosts.
And age. The "girl" in the re-enactment is like what; a 30 year old woman?
@@heidiho5179 She's no 15 year old. They could've found a way more convincing actress in her 20s.
Hey Martha, lizzy did it, so just get real.
All of those people are lying about the borden house. I wonder how much business this episode generated for the owners.
Katherine Ramsland is a forensic psychologist...wtf is she doin lizzie borden hauntings?!? lmao
The lady who portrayed Eleanor sounded nothing like that accent she has dude lol
This is very much a 90s perspective on Brian. I think it’s sadly very obvious what happened. Brian grew up in the 80s, and would have had his formative years during the AIDS epidemic. He was probably deeply ashamed and couldn’t accept himself and when exposure was threatened he couldn’t take it.
I’m a year younger than Bryan and that’s not true at all. No one thought like that in any school I went to. We were small children in the 80s.
@@wagner5424 What??I grew up around that time too, and there's a "Huge" difference then and now. It's more accepted now. Back then you might see one gay guy that everyone picked on, nowadays, about 50% people, is one of those alphabets, lol, & if you don't feel like everyone else people are ready to bite your head off
@@erickanew I suspect 50% is a very inflated number. A few very loud people give the impression that everybody and their grandparents are LGBTQI+MZ&ABC.
@rmx4087 yeah I went to a conference, they say there were 60 or 70 different genders & we would be fired for addressing someone as male or female, 😆 I'm like, wtf??
Is it me, or is the video sped up? I noticed the theme music is too fast and Robert Stack's voice is too high pitched.
They found a shoe where’s the foot
Just call in the psychics? 😳
You give civilians the right to arms, and that's what you get.....Overkill.....In most cases, arms are owned by inexperienced people who are terrified and want to protect themselves from people who flaunt the 2nd amendment!!
If you're going on a vacation to stay where someone was murdered and you want to spend a-day in their life before they were brutally beaten to death, you are a disgusting piece of work! The people that promote this are revolting.
All of the ones I know eager to do such a thing are all women. They treat the possibility of ghosts like a sideshow circus attraction. If there is a semblance of an afterlife, they sure enjoy taunting it.
I dont think lizzy Borden killed them. That isn't a method that women usually use. You would need physical strength for that
Could be a rock on the peddle
There’s a song about Lizzie borden something about giving her dad 40 whacks
Lea is dead
@ perhaps, she did say she wanted to get rid of materialistic life but ultimately, that girl was murdered. Someone drive her car off, took her, left everything behind.
Scary shit.
Lea def wasn’t trying to contact her family.
We are always connected by thought and prayers.
So she was letting her family know not to expect seeing her or hearing from her.
Very odd mystery.
We all know the girl was abducted and murdered.
So sad.
There have been many shows and channels featuring her case with even more details. All we can agree on is she's still missing and likely dead. But was it her choice, exposure, foul play? These we'll probably never know. And what happened to kitty too.
I think Lizzie Borden was not the murder I think that bec they didnt have the forensic back then like we do now they accused the person who was there at the time bec they couldnt find anyone else
This is interesting and perhaps why their souls are not resting.
It’s clear, some instances of death cause us to be trapped.
Flying saucers could have helped them.
I HATE circumstantial evidence. It’s literally like…well you were the only one nearby so you did it!
It was probably a murder conspiracy involving 2 killers who both had a financial interest in the murders and emotional entanglement with the victims. Lizzie was one murderer. The other one was her uncle, a butcher. The opening and closing of the window mimics the mode of death, and also a butcher's activities in general.
Bec?
The grown up word is because.
Just bec doesn't make for a compelling argument.
🤔
Sad
So the Deputy couldn’t shoot out the tires???
Brian shouldn’t have been murdered due to his homosexuality. He deserves to be happy and not bullied 🫂❤️😭
A common mistake is to chalk up cases involving homosexuals as simple ‘anti gay hate’ however in a time before over politicization of criminology, investigators understood that homosexuals are no different than straights in that their potential killer is most likely someone they know, involved in a romantic relationship or similar lifestyle as the victim
The human drive to make assumptions has long been a bane of investigatory practices however this new behavior of making assumptions to receive social merit is perhaps even more harmful
What makes you think it wasn't another gay man who murderd him?
There is a lot of drama and sabotaging in the homosexual community
So, did that « Kentucky Militiaman » help storm the Capitol on January 6?
His ilk was considered an extremist in those days. Today it’s the base of the gop
Bryan's mother: "When his bones were discovered, it gave us some kind of relief" Lol wtf?? You're relieve to find out your son is DEAD!?

The lady inherited the Borden house now she wants to market it as a haunted retreat: MYSTERY SOLVED
Mystery solved how?
@@chris7921 he means, she's using the house's history to make money from those poor gullible folk who believe it's haunted.
Exactly! Not mad at it though. I'd prolly do it too if I inherited it
