For those who are just starting like me, I failed at this miserably but came back after practicing a charlier cut for an entire day. Feels much more natural and comfortable now.
Mind : oh, an easy ones
Fingers : PUSHH EVERYYTHINGGG
I found grabbing closer to your pinky finger helps tons! Try grabbing the half end of the cards closest to your pinky worked for me almost immediately :)
where have you been my entire Life? liked, subscribed, and notifications.
Very nicely explained!
Thanks man its very helpful
great vid, it only took 2 attempt, its nice when that happens
When I was watched: Oo this is super easy
When I was try scissort cut first time: Oh my fingers oh my hands cramped
thank you!
is it possible that my hands are too smal. or can everybody do it
Small hands are never an issue. Small hands, although making it harder, are possible to perform with. I am lucky to have larger hands in order to be able to do magic easily, but it's not quite a requirement.
Although this is 8 months later, yes I think u can even if your hands are small. I'm 12 so you can imagine. It hurts a bit but once you get bend the inner packet it's a bit easier.
Im 12 rn i can do this my hand is small to but this is a lot harder if our hands small
i thought mine was too small but i somehow got it first try on ‘accident’ it is possible. just that smaller hands would require more hardwork than larger hands
Great Thanks for that. Could you learn reverse scissor cut ??
Try starting with a smallish packet... notice in the slow motion demo he's got about half a deck... that's easier. But it's sill very hard and I still don't have it down. That lower packet is more troublesome. It doesn't want to open up in my hand... but wants to slip off and flutter down to the floor, which is not part of the move.
i left here cutting cards. thanks. : )
Idk if it’s because my hands might me smaller but the bottom pack is cutting into the inside top bone of my pointer finger as I’m practicing…
who is new to cardistry and magic and wants to be cardistry/magic buddies? we can both help each other on our journey to becoming cardists/magicians!
okay I am convinced my hands are too small. my cards cover most of my hand as it is and I cant stretch my hand that far
Oof yeah, this is one of the few tricks i can see how small hands are actually a problem. Id say your best bet is to work on your flexibility
I’m only five feet tall and can do this.It just takes more stretch and muscle than if you have bigger hands.
Thx for the scissors cut
My hands are too small
Ive seen videos of cardistry guys bashing people for saying they can’t do cuts like this with small hands. I have been practicing this move for so damn long (I have incredibly small hands) I can do the move with half the deck but not clean. It is almost impossible to do it with the full deck with my hands have not done it once even sloppily. Don’t waste your time small hand homies.
my hands are too small !!! , even with only half a deck ,
edit : ok after 1 hour of repetitions , im getting the hang of it with a full deck
haha that's why you wait a while before commenting u can't do it. good job dude
*OUCH!* I need bigger hands.
My finger are to small
i am going to break my fingers doing this cut but fuck it
I never had a one handed cut
