I just ordered this deck. I've had my eye on it for a while. I absolutely love flowers so I'm super excited
I like a mixture of decks from lighter ones to darker ones to whimsical to serious and so on. I think some of the decks like these can be used in additional ways too. This one could also be used to learn what each plant looks like and I don't know if the booklet or book gives information on the plants or just oracle interpretations but since the plants are identified we can find out more about them ourselves. This one also doesn't give us abstract picture of the plant so I can see also using it for visual representations for magical work/ritual.
I like some decks like these as they let me find other ways to use them as well ( like gemstone decks that give accurate depictions of the stones, tree decks and so on...)

Wicked, I watched your review on the Fairy Deck back in June. I told you I purchased the deck for my 5 year old great niece who is fairy crazy. You asked me to tell you how it went. Well sister Amy and I woke up in my sister Carol's basement wonderful king size bed. We are in hog heaven. Amy lives in wet hot S. Carolina and I live in dry hot Arizona. So this Wisconsin basement is our dream sleep. So cool we get to snuggle with blankets in July! Well the first morning we woke up I took the fairy deck out and was showing sister Amy she pulled a card that related to her and her 32 year career as a Ktg. teacher going through kid withdrawal during the Co-Vid lockdown. I pulled the Motivation Fairy card. Which I desperately need cuz I am a mini me hoarder! My card told me to watch for flowers turning up at any time and in unusual ways. Down comes sister Carol, homeowner who had one too many adult beverages the night before and was feeling rough, she pulled the Moderation Card, which she did not like at all.!!! lol We are laughing and acting like we are all under 12 years old again. Down comes sister Lori, the master gardener with a small bouquet of Peonys! I adore peonys they are one of my favorite flowers. Amy and I started laughing screaming etc.. Peonys are long gone but Lori our green thumb ,found a way to preserve them in the refrig as buds. She picked them 3-4 weeks earlier! I looked at Amy and Carol and I said"I Told YOU So" I am the WOO WOO Sister and they think it is all very charming, but real....... not so much. I thought of you and how that little Fairy Deck was so on point. It was a great way to start a 3 week staycation with my family in the cool green pastures of Wisconsin.. We had the Fairy Birthday Party for me/69 and for Kadence/5 . We had flower wreath head bands. Glitter all over our faces,, even some of the boys got glittered. The photos on facebook were a big hit with women of all ages. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday.. All because you reviewed that Fairy deck, I watched and purahased. SMOOCHES Joanne I think I will get this deck for Sister Lori, the Master Gardener! Her house is surrounded by all kinds of flowers.

I have this deck too. In fact, this is my very first oracle deck, and I am really happy with it. The deck itself is beautifully done, colours, painting of the flowers, the old paper background...even the quality of the box is quite good! I would say the msg from the cards are rather simple but it surely can help you find some inspiration.

3:54 You’re right! That does look like it’s from an old biology notebook 📝. It sounds whimsical yet studious to go out and paint the flowers as you see them! How fortunate we are to have whatever images we need at the ready.
Maybe I should slow down and paint a wildflower someday.

Yep...love flowers. Cute but not for me. I dont want half a page only on the flower information. I want more divination information...thats the kind of decks i go for. More the info the better. So it's a nope. Gotta agree though it's soooooooooooo pretty😊💕

Funnily enough, I just added this to my wishlist yesterday because I saw someone on instagram using it for a reading and it was so pretty!! I still think it's pretty. I love things like this. It reminded be of Claire Goodchild's antique anatomy deck. Like it has a similar vibe!

@@WickedMoonlight1 Haha!! Me too! And it's such an interesting concept. It's 130 cards and you can use it as two decks (tarot and oracle) or 1 huge tarot deck. Which I find so interesting! Also the colours are just so beautiful!!
