Preheat your oven to 160°C, place the fish on oven rack the one that looks like net, add water to the oven pan this makes your fish soft on the inside and crispy on the outside but most importantly prevent the oven from stains because all the oil (stains) drops in the oven tray which contains water and prevents it from sticking rather it floats. . Bake for 40mins to 1hour at 180 to 200°C .

croaker fish
bell pepper (red and green)
paprika
Ripe plantain
Cucumber
Scotch bonnet
cabbage
carrot
sweet corn
salad dressing
suya spices
salt
seasoning powder/cubes
onions
