Why would someone get this board over a keychron k8 for example?
@@KajahaX it’s a lot better, it’s more premium, it has the knob, there’s just too many reasons to list this is a lot better. Not saying the k8 is bad but this is so much better

Got in on this GB almost entirely because of this video - very excited to build mine with Bobas (not sure if going tactile or linear) but very excited to have a wireless TKL board with all of these features. Thanks for the build TK!

Omg I wish this would finally get more attention to wireless custom kits. Tbh it's been super hard to find especially for 75%. Market mechs like keychron are good, but they're hard to customize (typing angle, custom case, mounting type). And I see more and more people having wireless as a must for their kb! I hope this brings more attention to wireless pcbs (or at least a well engineered bluetooth HID solution)
yeh for sure. i actually have a jupiter 75 unbuilt, which is one of the rare 75% wireless customs haha

Sounds great, looks great. Fantastic, I wish I could like these classic, builds with no win key, but to me the Win key is essential there's too many shortcuts that I use with the Win key, overall, beautiful board.

I’m new to this whole custom mechanical keyboard world. If I want an European ISO layout. Is there a way to make it an ISO keyboard or do I have to find a PCB with a mounting plate specifically made for the ISO layout?
I'm curious, do you take into accound ESD when you build?
i love that Hotswap is becoming more popular. Definitely helped me descend into complete keyboard madness.
Would love to see this with a compartment where you just could chuck in a 18650 LiIon. not too large and those are cheap, easy to obtain, and very durable.

That keyboard looks amazing! I like my Durgod Fusion for its’ wireless capabilities, but it just doesn’t compare to something like this in terms of build quality. Also love the incorporation of the knob... could you install a taller knob instead?

Is there anyway to have BOTH PS/2 & USB connections on a keyboard. Also does a PS/2 keyboard use the HID protocols
For some reason my current MB no longer recognizes my USB keyboard or my USB mouse so I have a cheap 60% keyboard just hanging from under one of my three(3) monitors so it is there in case I need to get in to BIOS/GUFI. I know you can get those USB to PS/2 converters for both the keyboard & mouse but that would require me crawling under my desk every time to switch to PS/2 and back. What I what to do is be able to do is have the system see that a PS/2 keyboard is installed and then just change which connection (USB/PS/2) gets the actual input.
If someone could give my a few URLs to some forums on the subject I would greatly appreciate it.
I have the G915 TKL so yeah, I can spin my volume knob pretty easily

By default it's just for volume, and mute if you press. however you can program it to do a bunch of stuff through VIA.

I was trying to get hold of this keyboard; Is there any other keyboard that comes closer to this one in video ? Niz Plum is great; but the sound of this silent keyboard is too good.

In theory, is there anything stopping someone from using rechargeable (NiMH) AA batteries instead of a lithium ion battery? Since NiMH provides 1.2v per cell, I think 3 of them in series should be roughly equal to a lithium ion battery. Although I'm not sure where to find a case with a 3x AA battery compartment. You think I'd have to design and 3D print that myself?
Why are the windows keys missing and blocked out? I've seen this before and never understood it.
some people dont use it, and it can get in the way. but for a lot of people it's an aesthetic thing lol. i personally prefer having a windows key. it's all preference at the end of the day :)
Ok, this is great except those adjustable feet that nobody will use it you have to disassemble the thing to adjust them
did you have any issues with PCB whine like other streamers?
oh right yeh i totally forgot about that. yeh, if you get close enough you can hear it. however it wasn't an issue for me (which is why i forgot to mention it sorry)

Hmm...I have no idea about what 3/4 of the things explained were but I enjoyed the really relaxing style of the video anyway. Just want to know how to silence my mechanical keyboard....it's so loud >.
