Why I may never leave Sweden ?!

You have mentioned in the previous video the concept of Lagom “not too much, not too little”, “just enough” we can see that it is visible in all parts of life in Sweden, and of course, it has affected the work-life balance as well.

Yaah you are absolutly right. The work invironment is the most important thing.
Same for me as a software developer with a multinational company I really like what I am doing but when you see that managers don't even think about having good work environment ; this push me to run away soon for sure.
