With all due respect she is not very easy to understand for a RADA alumnus

Drama schools train you to be able to adapt your voice and accent *when it's needed* while not spoiling your natural self. since the 1950s it has been usual for actors to be themselves rather than speak as if they'd had too many elocution lessons. On stage or on film she and others will "change" ... which is what acting is all about.
So, perhaps your comment, which is interesting, would have been relevant 60 or more years ago. : -)
