If a restaurant has a dress code, why should they be ignored just because someone is considered a "celebrity"? Respect to the management for upholding standards.
That is why Rita didn't reveal the restaurant. She knows they did the right thing and she didn't want them to get into trouble.

After telling her story about being refused entry into one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants due to wearing the wrong dress code, she’s a kind lady because Rita Ora wouldn’t give Gordon the post code of the restaurant because she didn’t want the person who refused her entry to get told off or lose their job.
