Think about getting a composter. Compost all the chicken poop, hay, kitchen, garden and yard scraps. I have been doing it for two years adding in worms . I now have amazing dirt to use for my veggies every year.

If mosquitoes or other bugs are biting lemongrass plant is a great deterrent and of course eucalyptus, lemon, citronella too. But lemongrass is easy to grow and can be used in multiple ways... as tea it is a natural sedative, in many asian cuisine/meals it is added is delicious and easy to grow!😄🌿❤ warmth & sunshine from Florida. 💖🌺🌞🍊🏝

Hi, I very much like your videos. Did you know that having clay for your garden is a blessing and yes it will always go back to clay. However! the clay is very rich with nutrients but its very sticky and doesn't breathe. It clumps together BuT To make it easier to handle you JUST add compost which helps the clay to breathe and less clump and your plants will be able to breathe too. Since you have kitchen scraps and chicken manure your all set! 🥰

Great teacher gift. I still prefer the way we do it in the schools where I live in Europe... we all give some money and buy one big present from the whole class for the teacher, and we only buy for the main class teacher.. so each teacher gets one big gift eg theatre cards, shopping card at favourite store, hamper with food and drink eg all italian or whatever the teacher likes.

With all your pine trees I would suggest planting blueberries, they love acidic soil which the pine needles provide. You’ll have wonderful tasting blueberries for free every year. Pine needles are also very healthy, you cut them up and steep them, you could drink tea as is or add it into another drink.
