My garage is made of steel metal sheets and the gabs and pockets of these metal sheets must be caulked to prevent cold air and moisture from frosting and sweating these walls with water droplets. I’m confused after watching your video about which top 2 or 3 products you wud recommend to caulk metal on metal in cold temperatures and let me know if the wet surfaces need to be dried before application. My garage has no heater & pls only recommend products that are available at RONA, Home Depot or Lowe’s, as these are my only store options.

Thanks for this knowledgeable video. Sir, please advise me which type of sealant is best to paste glass to fibre as my washing machine lid glass is separated due to poor adhesive.

What is the difference between Caulk and Sealant? The presenters seem flip back and forth between the two terms. Where is it best to use each for an exterior door trim?

Silicone is a sealant and has better water performance, doesn't crack, but usually unpaintable. Caulk is the other stuff for hiding cracks. Over time caulk will crack. Then there are fillers. These are clay like and generally don't crack, but have no flex.

You’re making a mess of that brick with a permanent, bright-white bead of caulk. There’s got to be a better solution.

Alex caulk is garbage. It's the #1 selling because it's the cheapest caulk...it's less than 2 bucks a tube if you buy it in bulk. Stuff cracks like crazy after less than a year.
