- 海上自衛隊の新しい呉地方総監が就任し、呉基地で着任式が行われました。29日付けで呉地方総監に着任したのは、二川達也 海将です。海上自衛隊呉地方総監部で行われた着任式では、隊員や職員、およそ350人が出迎えました。栄誉礼を受けた後、二川総監は隊員たちに「我が国周辺においても何かが起こるかも知れない」と述べたあと、次のように訓示しました。海上自衛隊 呉地方総監部 二川達也 総監
「今までどおりにやっていては変革の荒波を乗り越えることはできない。変化を恐れず、前に進む勇気をもって呉地方隊一丸となって前進していこう」二川総監は北海道旭川市出身の57歳で、1988年に防衛大学校を卒業しました。哨戒機に搭乗する戦術航空士として勤務したあと、青森県の大湊地方総監などを歴任し、前任は統合幕僚学校長を勤めていました。

その結果、純国産防弾チョッキ18式が完成したのである。お値段なんと340万円(プレート1枚あたり170万円x2)。米軍の防弾チョッキの30倍ほど高い値段である。
自衛隊員一人に一つ配備したら、8500億円となり、それだけで現代空母が8隻変えてしまうのである。
自衛隊優遇に伴って明らかに中抜されているのだから、装備の扱いには気をつけるべきである。

I spread it to both the GSDF and the MSDF in a fit of rage, but it seems like I'm trying to dampen the mood when people are all excited about a cute girl coming to the band, but it's half a lie, but half the truth. At least that's the impression I had, and I spread a story that MSDF members are "gross and awkward." Another piece of information that should be updated is that if I diss the MSDF, the US navey will get cocky and cause trouble, but "pizza delivery" and other deliveries by US soldiers are typical stalking behavior and criminal. I've had several arguments with US soldiers and we're not on good terms now. It's been a long time since I've had any contact with American people nor US militaly. I don't know about stalking in the US itself, but it's illegal and a criminal act in Japan, our domestic area. What makes me different from you guys is that I can descipline them in English language. The NYPD has arrested and punished a large number of college students in the US on the grounds of illegal acts such as "trespassing." You guys probably think that I've gotten what I deserve because my relationship with the United States has become uneasy and bad relations, I've had arguments with the White House, and I've come to hate the US military because of their democratic party and its policy. That's why I hate you guys, too, because yesterday I was hit and run by a member of the Maritime Self-Defense Forces, and then younger members of the Self-Defense Forces got carried away and started harassing me on motorcycles on the road. Don't you feel MSDF members are crazy ? I hate you guys, because leaving his woman behind and running away (escape), hitting and running (escape), trespassing (to be arrested or punished), and many of these are criminal acts that can get you arrested or punished by the police.
勢いで陸自にも海自にも撒いちゃったけど、音楽隊にカワイコちゃん来たってキャピキャピ言ってるとこへ水を差すようだけど、半分はウソですが半分は本当です。少なくともそういう印象を持っていて海自隊員が「キモい」その根拠となるストーリーを撒きました。あと更新すべき情報としては海自をディスると今度は逆に米海軍がつけあがって問題を起こすことが多いのですが「ピザの宅配」等の米兵による宅配は典型的なストーカー行為であり犯罪（クリミナル）です。米兵とは数回口論になっており今ではかなり不仲です。アメリカ人との交流が途絶えて久しい。ストーカー行為は米国内においては知りませんが日本国内では違法行為であり犯罪です。貴方たちと違うのは私は彼らを英語で説教できるところ。NY市警は「不法侵入（トレスパッシング）」等の不法行為を根拠として大量のアメリカ国内の大学生を逮捕（アレスト）或いは処分（パニッシュメント）した。貴方たちはアメリカ合衆国と関係が微妙になりホワイトハウスと口論になり米軍嫌いになった俺のことを「ざまぁ見ろ」と思っているんでしょうね。だから昨日も海自隊員に「当て逃げ」されたりそれで図に乗って若手隊員にバイクで絡まれていて、あなたたち自衛隊員のことも嫌いです。あたりまえですよね。女おいて逃げたり（逃走）、当て逃げしたり（逃走）、不法占拠（トレスパッシング）等々どれをとってもNY市警に逮捕または処分されるような犯罪行為ですから大嫌いです。

So, he apparently hit my car with his truck "out of revenge." It was the first time I had been hit by such guy directly. And it seems to have been negligence for after-process. It felt like he rear-ended her because he was clumsy and immature. And he "ran away." He didn't even apologize. And to make matters worse, he was driving the younger members of the JMSDF or so and getting involved in reckless driving on his bike. JMSDF was disgusting, it was slippery, so is the current US navey. Do you understand their awkward style and wierdly?
It was unpleasant for those who weren't involved, so I should explain the detal no matter how embarrassing JSMDF was.
