  • Quick set up in the backyard. Lighter duty material than the ORC Improved Combat Shelter but that also makes it lighter to carry. The fly, and perhaps the tub, might need some waterproofing treatment but the PU coating prevented any wetting through.

You're the first person I've seen with the coyote grey and not the camo. At this point I thought it was a myth. lol

These reviews are exceptional when choosing outdoor kit. Many thanks for taking the time to make them. I didnt choose the Litefighter as its a bit similar to my trusty Macpac microlight (bloody awesome!). In the end I bought a TCOP and it arrived.....today!!!! All the best and thanks for your review

Why did you choose a TCOP over the litefighter?

@@JohnDole Availability! I live in the UK so specific ex US military kit can be rare. One came up for sale on Gumtree so I bought it

I have the same tent! love it. just perfect for a 1 person backpacking trip. Well, 1.5 persons. It fits my dog in there too. I'm 6'5" and the tent is just long enough that i can lay completely flat in it

I'm not here to be a critic...well, your fly isn't quite on correctly. The seams should be about over the poles. That being said, I love my camo Litefighter 1 tent. But next winter or over this summer in Florida (our camping season is winter) I'm going to have to seam seal my fly.

I'd like to take the Lightfiter 1 to a haunted, old, abandoned insane asylum and set up camp for the night in one of the buildings.

Morning buddy 😁 👍 🇬🇧. Great piece of kit. Easy too use an light. Just two quick questions, that's it like in high winds, an the same thing in snow. Would you take it out for winter. Thanks for sharing mate an ya time. ATVB Andy 🇬🇧 👍 ☕

Was just thinking the same. Shame it doesn't have any guy points for stability. Not sure it would stand up to strong winds.

@@simonellis4245 It is not recommended for heavy loads like snow. It DOES have guy out points. They just made a 4 season option with a new "enclosure" that covers up all of the screens..
