Mo TheGeneral yes, and DETROIT is loving it. Can't wait to spank Lebron and the Cavilers on March 9th 😊#sexyladieslovebasketball
Bianca Lord I hope y'all spank them!!
A lot of respect gained for Fat Joe with this interview!
Joe is a legend, I love the way he's not incriminating himself but still telling the story, threading a very thin line well, and showing respect to pun always "number 1".
Fat Joe & Nore has the best behind the scenes stories of hip hop.
And Too Short
And Busta Rhymes
Love the Pun stories ! RIP to the greatest 🙏
Marco Williams 00:00 - 1:00:00
Fat Joe deserves props for the simple fact that he is the only rapper from the 1990's that's still out their, Jay is around but not out their like Fat Joe consistently putting out music.
fat joe was out before jay z on radio in 93 and he still around that counts for something.
I respect Joe he has a nice run consistent likes the don cartegena album other then that alwayz felt joe was sub par i respect gis hustle tho n the fact he discovered pun n rem but tbh His not jay doesn't compare jay make hit albums Remy bodied Nicki n I been sayin rem dumb nice she a eat a lot of these nigga,
Fat Joe's 1st 2 albums are some of the hardest rap music ever Created. It's a shame those never get discussed, especially "Represent".
ZD I mean... yes and no... jay z has put out two albums since 2010... the last album joe put out before this one was 2010... I guess they both balance out in that case
ZD Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, Snoop, Prodigy (Mobb Deep), Jay-Z, Nas, De La Soul and many more are still out there making music and staying relevant.
Great interview. Got a lot of respect for joe even more after this
Enjoyed this interview a lot
Luvin' this interview, alot of people out here don't really know the history of "Fat Joe" but maybe now they will have a better understanding of where it started and how long he's been in the game. He is a Rap Legend and if you really about Hip Hop culture, you know this. Listening to him speak on this time line tip really brought back soooo many great memories, really enjoyed this interview. Much respect ☝❤
Fat Joe is hands down the best storyteller in hip hop! His history, run ins, and connections to the who's who in the game is unreal. Best hip hop interview #period.
Freddie Scott factsss my sin
Minus flex
And irv gotti also norega they hip hop memory is crazy
Yeah I agree. Him and MC Eiht always tune me straight in.

Nothing but respect for Joe's work ethic!!!!!
Yo this interview hit my heart
really enjoyed this interview thanks fat Joe
Love it. Pretty candid interview & I like the back in forth, non-scripted dialogue. Peace!
Flex annoying as hell man. Knowing when to be quiet and let the guest talk is the most important skill for a radio host
He interrupts every celeb the whole time
Boogie down. St Ann's ave

Flex is the King of Interruption
HIPHOP CULTER 💯

Niggas don't give Joe the respect he deserves. His hip hop lineage goes so far and there's been so many iterations of his career. Always love Joe
Real fans of the culture will watch this from start to finish
Edibeonit word
Edibeonit anit no time to watch a goddam movie
Edibeonit or just dont give a fuck s about fat joe
O G Hip Hop is the culture, rap is the genre.
Edibeonit yup im wit ya man
I love how he defends his sis... don't talk about Remy ma !! This why I always rocked with them
This is a phenomenal interview
This is one of the best interviews I've ever seen, brings me back i feel like Its 99 again
To I remember being mad young and fat joe pulled up in the projects with a big ass truck. Gold chains everything out. Me and my books was outside the bodega and fat joe gave us a whole bunch of promotional shit. Bought me and my peoples lunch we was starving. Told us we could be anything we wanted to be in life. Jumped in the whip and pulled off. Until this day I remember that shit like it was yesterday. Fat joe a real humble dude. At the time. Dj Clue was popping. Dj woo kid. Dj green lantern. Dj tony sunshine. Terror Squad was lit. Definitely made me proud to be boriqua! Only Latin rappers holding it down on the rap shit. Only Pun, Nore, Cuban Link, Fat joe, whole bunch of shit was going on. Crazy crazy crazy. Later down the line they had Remy Martin 1st lady of Terror Squad. Shit was bananas.
Real talk everybody on that school bus blastin that yeahhh babyyyy lol in the walkmans
KaveMan 537 I saw him at club Twilo with Jennifer Lopez. He was giving people E & hanging BN out with the entire club. He also went to the Tunnel (not Sunday) & hang out. He comes off as a real humble guy.
D Fritz when fat Joe used to visit the tunnel he was always getting dissed by all the bad bitches
***** she was a puff daddy groupie true story
***** fat Joe got dissed by a vivica foxx look alike who accused fat Joe of trying to sound like big pun. True story the lox remember.
It's simple Remy is a rapper a hip hop queen, nicki is a pop star not a rapper let alone hip hop queen.
Victor Oliveira thank you victor
Victor Oliveira Agreed, and it's OK for Nicki to be in POP just stop calling yourself the Queen of hip hop when you don't rap.
humpty dumpty agreed
Victor Oliveira -yo remy left her spot..years back.
its too bad as well because nicki used to do bars
This was a great interview from joe!!!
This was a really good interview
If you think of this more as a conversation than an interview, then its perfect. I love hearing Flex's take, he lived through it. All of these interviews are great. Keep them coming.
yeah I'm sick of these people bro these arent "interviews" & they aren't really for us but 2 legends having conversations about back in the days and luckily for us they're doing it on the radio
If you're a fan of the culture...you will appreciate this interview. Alot of history in this video
Great interview, great content.
Grt interview!!fat joe identifies with the real element in me.nuff respect
Awesome Bio, history and authentic hip-hop!
Flex let the GUEST TALK!!!!
Victor Antonio he fuckin interrupts everything, even freestyles lol
im sayin
Victor Antonio For Real Tho.... & he needs to quit spitting on them too. 😠.
Victor Antonio I agree with you but out of all guest to interrupt it’s funny that’s he’s interrupting joe bc joe is known for not letting others talk during interviews 😂 watch fat joe and remy ma interviews they have a few and all the comments are ppl goin in on him bc he won’t let remy talk 😂😂😂😂 it’s all love tho 💞💯
Victor Antonio man I say the same thing! I can't stand Flex's interviews. Lol!

Your welcome
Fat Joe is a legend
Don Cartagena is a classic !!!
King lol that's a bit of a stretch
Well, he was right about the Don Cartagena album though.
I got it on CD and Vinyl and it is in fact a classic, period.
King Fat Joe definitely legendary, but Don Cartagena? Nah...,
Chris Dodges how the fuck can it be legendary but not classic that makes no sense at all
King Jealous ones envy and jealous ones still envy better.
This is a dope interview.
One of the BEST
THE BEST INTERVIEW OF 2017
Amazing interview joe, i totally agree you are nice. fat joe and remy album is amazing. get it if you don't got it.
💯 great interview
I respect the way Joe answered. He's mature about this. I wanted the interviewer to let Joe finish what he started to say.
I watched this entire interview.
iPodKingCarter ik this is amazing
I took breaks but I'm back for the long haul
I didn't even mean to watch the whole thing but damn I love hip hop. Joe peaked my interest as a story teller.
greatest ending ever lmafo
Want a gold star?
I'm watching.thanks for sharing
great interview!
Man this taking me back to high school got tears in my eyes reminiscing
This is why I love Hip Hop - this reminds me of when I was young listening to Red Alert on my Walkman and crying when I heard that Scott La Rock died - this is one of the realist, eye-opening, funny and insightful interviews - its all over the place, its messy, it's honest plus Flex and Fat Joe know each other - the feeling of hearing raw talent that only comes once in life that only "true" Hip Hop heads have had the pleasure of witnessing - you don't get that high with trap music....that's like a breeze....Hip Hop era music is like a tsunami always have been always will be - Remy Ma is my modern day Hip Hop shero MC Lyte - I will never stop loving "real" Hip Hop and the Bronx is definitely in the building causing problems in these damn streets right now ooooweeeee - "the same ppl you see coming up are the same ppl you see coming down" - I Am Hip Hop - peace and blessings
when lil kim and foxy brown were at each other's neck, nobody had to choose a side, they both were nice we loved them both. why is it that we can't have more than one hot female in the game?
Thats turns into boro things Kim and Fox are from Brooklyn
The Bronx vs Queens Rem and Nik
There is more than 1 hot female in the game. Quite a few. Just ask me and I'll make a list.
I never knew they was beefing. But i am foxy brown fan
@@hectorrivera8521 make a list
The real shantel,,Eve,,,salt n pepa,,,best mc female reaper,,,mc LYTE,,hands down,, monike,,harmony,,,queen katifa,,,nikki d,,,yoyo,,da brat,,,afro puff,,,remy,,nikki m,, Cardy B,,,TLC in a way,,,foxy,,lil kim,,,lots of female rappers 💯🎤🇵🇷

Fat Joe's definitely a living legend. No disputing that. For him to be relevant after all these years is insane.
FLEX is by far the WORST interviewer EVER. Never let's his guest finish the answering the damn question.
The worst
It's not an interview, it's a discussion.
this is the biggest thing i hate about these second rate interviewers..nobody care about your personal story your there to interview, let them talk sshheesh...
I thought Joe was interviewing flex
He's getto!

Fat Joe is a legend real nigga shit
Yooooo, this deserves the million hits.....this is a great fucking interview...UP UP Fat Joe the vet 100%. Funkmaster Flex....no words....living legend, UP UP 1000%.
Back in the beginning of 1991, I was doing a juvenile life bid at the age of 17 about to turn 18 . In Philly we had hip-hop night video that came on the weekends call Urban Expressions, I had a TV/VCR that actually was connected as one whole TV and I was watching Urban Expressions and this video came on by Fat Joe who was a brand new rap artist, he said this verse, "38 gripped in my hand" or something like that about a 38 handgun. The video look like in was in the ghetto in New York, making the young rapper's video and his delivery forces rhymes, it was like watching a star instantly blow up, this is what made me know that he was the real deal far as being a gangsta. Because I was living the life life is was rapping about plus I could mentally feel that he wouldn't just no rapper he was really that type of person in the streets that's the energy that I felt that he was giving off. I'm sitting here doing juvenile life and I knew he was going to make it big because real recognize real a gangster recognize gangster
Flex looking like Papa Smurf out there
you gotta flow joe. you gotta gotta let em know joe! !!!
Sypha Red That's that early 90's Fat Joe/Joey Crack. I still remember watching that video on Rap City.
i hear that that beat was 🔥 as well..
Henry Hartfield U understand how it went down bro. I remember it....got the album. ..it was amazing for the time. We never hard n e thing like it.
Everybody knows Fat Joe's in town
Nuff respect for the Boogie Down
I'm livin in the Bronx on an Ave called Trinity
My name rings bells, within the vicinity
Peace to the money makers always plottin mono

But I'm not a car, so I don't get gassed like Amoco
Trinity Ave......infamous

PRi0R_T0_A_WEEKAGO...fukWiTus_THAN_WE_TWEAKiN_H0E facts
Did he hold lil Pun down
Chris(Lil Pun) holding his own.
Wish he held Links down too, because links was nice and underrated
Flex, this is an interview not an interrogation. Let the guest talk. We don't need you to ask a million questions. This shit is so annoying and sickening
Mj Cooks The way Flex interrupted him in this classic interview was Ebola Sickening!
Such a good interview. Humble dude. So proud of our boricua artists. RIP Pun 🙏🏻🇵🇷
The best story teller is exactly that
flex interrupts to much
Sheeeeeeeeeesh!!!!! annoying asf!
