JBL Xtreme 1 - probably still the best for excursion and durability
JBL Xtreme 2 - not intended for high excursion bass testing but more durable than the other models.
JBL Xtreme 3 - the best one so far for the bass testers and excursion but not as durable as the xt2
JBL Xtreme 4 - mid, not really intended for bass testing but if you like good sound quality that has soft bass, then this is the best pick for you
That’s weird… Xtreme 1 had lots of battery issues and durability problems. Xtreme 2 had the best excursion so far with lots of dimples on the woofer. But it had lots of bubbles in the material if you dropped it or scratched it. Xtreme 3 had lower excursion and lots of issues by the stand removing itself after time… Maybe I used other speaker than you :(

JBL Xtreme 1 : No deep bass, only upper bass, harsh treble
JBL Xtreme 2 : Deeper bass, less upper bass, fairly balanced, the best one for people looking for a neutralish speaker.
JBL Xtreme 3 : Even deeper bass than Xtreme 2, but even less upper bass. Still have enough upper bass though. Slightly lacking mids and piercing treble.
JBL Xtreme 4 : I have no idea lol, I need to hear it in person.
