definitely the best Xbox Series X setup I've ever seen. A ton of work and dedication put into this masterpiece. Been looking at doing something like this for my Xbox part of my setup. Also I've seen some games using Mouse and Keyboard support, you should totally add a Mouse and Keyboard to fill in the middle part of the desk! Amazing job with the build!
Only the xbox is expansive becuse you can find cheap desks and chairs in jysk and you have like 150$ monitors like mine (odyssey g3 144hz 1080p). My setup cost 760$

I have the same monitor but 1080p, so far I love it! No problems, and I am very happy with my purchase! 10/10 with only one problem, and that is that you cannot adjust the stand. Got it for $200 instead of the normal $330 on Black Friday. Cannot recommend this enough! Crosshair is a huge bonus. Immediately felt the difference when I switched from the One S to the Series X, no flickering or other problems, monitor adjusts to the FPS of whatever game I am running and whether the game supports HDR, 120 HZ, etc. Absolutely perfect for me! Except that apex (my main game) doesn’t have 4K or 120 FPS support on next gen consoles :( Still very, very happy switching from an old 1080p 60hz tv from like the early 2000’s. My setup has changed so much recently, going from using a cheap Turtle Beach headset that worked fine to the xbox wireless headset, which I am having bug problems with :(. Looking forward to playing “It takes Two” with my sister!
Wich problems do you have wit your Xbox headset? Did you reset it? Push green button und mic mute at the same time and instantly stick in the USB in the console. Know ur headset is resettet and it fixed my problem that it doesn't have any sounds. Hope that helped

I have the Govee light bars on my setup and I find the sync to video function to be quite delayed as they're having to figure out the colours to replicate for a fraction of a second before outputting that colour. I didn't buy them for that though, and honestly I find that bias lighting in general when synced to what your watching or playing to be far too distracting anyway and a huge gimmick. Buuuuut, the Govee lights are a crazy good lighting option in every other way - much cheaper than the Philips equivalent, super bright and colourful and have tons of customisable settings that you can run through. I have them set to a slow merge between oranges, blues and purples and it looks amazing and very atmospheric for those evening Apex Legends sessions. Couldn't recommend them enough in that setup and you don't need to have that eyesore camera on display to get the generic functions.

@@Platinum199 if you play mp games more than single player, quick resume gets annoying. You boot up the game thinking that you can "continue where you left off," but you find out you're disconnected from mp servers and have to fully restart the game anyways
For the immersive feel that you wanted with those lights I would go with the Logitech G560 speakers. My experience I feel like the did a great job of accurate colors on that were on the screen since it is plugged in to the device through USB. I don't know if the work on the Xbox Series X, this is my experience with them on PC.
I like all of it apart from me personally I wouldn't have the iron man button cover on my Series X and the light bar just didn't seem to work that well combined with the big bit sticking out at the top just didn't look clean. The rest of it looked awesome though

Even if I know I can’t possibly hit them, by pure anxiety alone would not put them there. Also the damn cable, I could get up without knowing that the cable is tangled between my feet or chair and drop them or even falling myself, I don’t know man, it’s just me. Nice setup though
I would use the backlights on a solid background but lighter coloured, like a standard white or cream coloured wall and in a darker room. You may notice that you’re feeling a little more immersed after a few hours of play as despite them not seeming to be subtle devices, the effect is subtle and not at all apparent when first installed especially when you’re looking carefully for a result. IMO the results come along very subtly at first. (Don’t use ‘em myself but spent a few hours with a friend’s and started unimpressed but left with an appreciation for the effect)

Not my cup of tea, for 200 dollars I shouldn’t be dealing with that. I will receive my Razer Kairo Pro tomorrow, big hopes since my former headset was the Razer Nari Ultimate....nothing seemed to go wrong up until I tried finessing them to put them to use on my new series X. Not so compatible
Solid set up. Run the charging stand for the elite 2 up to a shelf so you can just set and forget it when you’re done and it charges up out of the way.

2:32 Just one thing. 2K resolution isn't 1440p. 2K stands for 2048x1080, just like 4K isn't UHD, being 4096x2016 in fact. 2K and 4K are resolutions that don't actually fit the 16:9 aspect ratio because the horizontal resolution is a bit wider, and designed primarily for video editing purposes. The reality is that 1440p is 4 times 720p, and 2160p (UHD) is 4 times 1080p. I just say this to prevent people saying 2K stands for 1440p, because 1440p is called QuadHD or QHD because 720p is called HD. So, the correct way to call these resolutions would be: 720p as HD 1080p as FULL HD 1440p as QuadHD 2160p as UltraHD That said, just wanted to say the video is great and keep working like this 👍😘

This video is a year ago , but I have the “BenQ EX2710U” , and this 2160p=4k @120h/& “120+fps” is FABULOUS , I did my research as well and them ultra gears ain’t it not even the “Oled”. Paying so much for a bad picture “quality” is insane. This BenQ I have only been out for 7+months and I would recommend anybody who has a console to get it. The price is a bit much, I paid 1k+ for shipping , the retail price is $899 and worth every penny. Top tier gaming for sure and how a console should be performing in any house.

Looks nice, for those looking for a bit of a cheaper option for the monitor the Pixio PX277 Prime works with 1440p 120Hz on my Xbox One X with Freesync and VRR enabled between the console and monitor. I got it for around $290 USD on Newegg with a discount, but it maxes out at $330 USD as far as I've seen. Awesome bang-for-buck, even if I can't use it to its full power with my One X I know it'll do wonders if I manage to get a Series X.

At least you got the office chair right. I've been PC gaming since windows 95 and always used a office chair.. As a kid I used my dad's office chair, and now that's im grown I've uset my same executive chair for 7 years now. I remember when these "gaming chairs" came out lmao I was like why tf do they look like racing seats? And then starting to see "PC gamers/streamers" flexing them 😅🤣

definitely the best Xbox Series X setup I've ever seen. A ton of work and dedication put into this masterpiece. Been looking at doing something like this for my Xbox part of my setup. Also I've seen some games using Mouse and Keyboard support, you should totally add a Mouse and Keyboard to fill in the middle part of the desk! Amazing job with the build!

Oh man that desk is awesome! Very nice setup my friend. I literally have all the same gear. I have the LG 27gl8580b and the Astro a40 with the mixamp and the elite series 2 Xbox controller is simply the best controller ever made full stop.

It's the newer GP950-B that has HDMI 2.1. That's the kicker with the GN950...great specs but incapable of 4k 120hz on the next gen consoles

@@Platinum199 if you play mp games more than single player, quick resume gets annoying. You boot up the game thinking that you can "continue where you left off," but you find out you're disconnected from mp servers and have to fully restart the game anyways
For the immersive feel that you wanted with those lights I would go with the Logitech G560 speakers. My experience I feel like the did a great job of accurate colors on that were on the screen since it is plugged in to the device through USB. I don't know if the work on the Xbox Series X, this is my experience with them on PC.

I like all of it apart from me personally I wouldn't have the iron man button cover on my Series X and the light bar just didn't seem to work that well combined with the big bit sticking out at the top just didn't look clean. The rest of it looked awesome though

Personally I wouldn’t put my headphones below my desk because I know that I would constantly be knocking them down with my knee.
That's why I put them on the side of the desk. I never come close to hitting them over there
Even if I know I can’t possibly hit them, by pure anxiety alone would not put them there. Also the damn cable, I could get up without knowing that the cable is tangled between my feet or chair and drop them or even falling myself, I don’t know man, it’s just me. Nice setup though

I’ve been looking for some speakers to go with my new monitor
I would use the backlights on a solid background but lighter coloured, like a standard white or cream coloured wall and in a darker room.
You may notice that you’re feeling a little more immersed after a few hours of play as despite them not seeming to be subtle devices, the effect is subtle and not at all apparent when first installed especially when you’re looking carefully for a result.
IMO the results come along very subtly at first. (Don’t use ‘em myself but spent a few hours with a friend’s and started unimpressed but left with an appreciation for the effect)

@@LeeLechner I just got the Arctis 9 wireless for my series X. I can hear a distortion in audio or a slight cut out every so often. Not my cup of tea, for 200 dollars I shouldn’t be dealing with that. I will receive my Razer Kairo Pro tomorrow, big hopes since my former headset was the Razer Nari Ultimate....nothing seemed to go wrong up until I tried finessing them to put them to use on my new series X. Not so compatible

Solid set up. Run the charging stand for the elite 2 up to a shelf so you can just set and forget it when you’re done and it charges up out of the way.

Just one thing. 2K resolution isn't 1440p.
2K stands for 2048x1080, just like 4K isn't UHD, being 4096x2016 in fact.
2K and 4K are resolutions that don't actually fit the 16:9 aspect ratio because the horizontal resolution is a bit wider, and designed primarily for video editing purposes.
The reality is that 1440p is 4 times 720p, and 2160p (UHD) is 4 times 1080p.
I just say this to prevent people saying 2K stands for 1440p, because 1440p is called QuadHD or QHD because 720p is called HD.
So, the correct way to call these resolutions would be:
720p as HD
1080p as FULL HD
1440p as QuadHD
2160p as UltraHD
That said, just wanted to say the video is great and keep working like this 👍😘

This video is a year ago , but I have the “BenQ EX2710U” , and this 2160p=4k @120h/& “120+fps” is FABULOUS , I did my research as well and them ultra gears ain’t it not even the “Oled”. Paying so much for a bad picture “quality” is insane. This BenQ I have only been out for 7+months and I would recommend anybody who has a console to get it. The price is a bit much, I paid 1k+ for shipping , the retail price is $899 and worth every penny.
Top tier gaming for sure and how a console should be performing in any house.

Looks nice, for those looking for a bit of a cheaper option for the monitor the Pixio PX277 Prime works with 1440p 120Hz on my Xbox One X with Freesync and VRR enabled between the console and monitor. I got it for around $290 USD on Newegg with a discount, but it maxes out at $330 USD as far as I've seen. Awesome bang-for-buck, even if I can't use it to its full power with my One X I know it'll do wonders if I manage to get a Series X.

At least you got the office chair right. I've been PC gaming since windows 95 and always used a office chair.. As a kid I used my dad's office chair, and now that's im grown I've uset my same executive chair for 7 years now.
I remember when these "gaming chairs" came out lmao I was like why tf do they look like racing seats? And then starting to see "PC gamers/streamers" flexing them 😅🤣
Agree I bought one and it was better than my IKEA dining chair but still largely crap. I think the only exception is those expensive ones that focus on ergonomics but office chairs all the way
