Nishant bhai , tier 3 k baccha tier 1 se jyada pro coder hote he . Unhe sab pata hoti he . Its just ki jab tum unke college me jaatey ho toh tumko wo hard hard questions nahi puchte kyuki accha nahi lagega na agar tum jawab nahi de pau , isliye c++ vs java wali common question puchtey he .

2-4 yrs experience then go to a top bussiness and keep and startup, everyone should adopt new techniques, time has changed, a fresher can't handle 6 lpa for 4 years because of financial problems , so i think freshers should think in different way, not to catch up with current technologies

just because you dont use dsa in front devlopment doesnt mean you should never learn dsa also if you are doing dsa for interview then god save you . instead it help you to understand programming in depth
I am in 12 class year 2024-25 I have done dsa with c++ and then a good frontend with react redux tailwind typescript and build 3-4 projects so I am not flexing the point is anyone can collect information like me on CZcams
And one question should I move to backend or not now ?
One more thing I almost get an internship they said you are too good but your age is less what I would do ?

Probelmis that in 20k job off campus you won't learn anything these jobs are mostly support testing and your salary also won't grow. Even if you do those jobs for 3 years and then try to switch you will have to compete with people who have solid experience and good concepts so you will surely lose out. Thats why so many start govt. jobs instead as at lest they have a job security

Syllabus is same but Btech CSE have a bit higher value but you can also chose IT

@@pankajkumawat7091 if you are student you can learn it well . if your working you need to give extra hour to learn . 2 ways learn theory start from "oops concept in java from you tube" then practice on hacker Rank java problems. this is to begin. are you doing currently ? in order to get job in Java you need to learn spring framework. follow certain concept just to know 1) OOPS 2)(object overloading ) Java 8 enhancement 3) multi threading 4) Data structure in java (ArrayList , HashSet , HashMap ) 5) serialization and inputout to file in Java . it will take 3 to 6 monyhs depends on how much time you give . practice to code . theory wont help.
@@pankajkumawat7091 you can try from OOPS concept of java , then go further cover topics like access modifier ,ooperator , loops in java ,array in java , then other data structure like hashmap , array list , linked list , Hashset. along with watching video do practice on hackerrank , its binger friendly. if you are done with it take hacker rank java certificate its free. try advance topics like 1) writing to file in java 2) multithreading in java 3) serialization in java . do practice coding on each topic with either eclipse or intelliJ . In order to get job in java (framework such as Springboot , Hibernate) and knowlwge on REST ful web service is needed.
