Lyrics:
Intro:
Fra-fractions of infinity
Verse 1
When’s the last time you let yourself think?
I might be gone every time I let myself blink
I wouldn’t say I was surprised
On the 82nd time
When’s the last time your love was unrequited?
I know I showed up to the party uninvited
It’s getting hard for me to hide (show me how you’ll sentence me)
Running out the light (divided divinity)
Chorus:
Tell me,
You think it’s all in your head
You might be already dead
It’s funny when you think about it all again
Verse 2:
Been afraid of nothing for so long
That’s why I’m stuck with it
But nothing is gonna change
Until I change what nothing is
And it’s…
Fractions of infinity
Fractions of infinity
Show me how you’ll sentence me
Divided divinity
Chorus 2:
Tell me,
You think it’s all in your head
You might be already dead
It’s funny when you think about it all again…
Bridge verse:
Every time I miss you,
I hear a voice without a face
And every time I’m with you,
The clock hands wave me out of place
Those words don’t do you justice
Those words don’t do you justice
I see my life inside your hands
Walls cave in when you start to pray
I’ve seen all I’ll ever understand
Wouldn’t make sense in another way
I think I hit my target weight,
got exorcized (exercise) while I stood in place
Got every time that I couldn’t trace
Got restless eyes, they don’t look away
It emphasized that I shouldn’t stay, okay okay
Based on what?
Rippin up projector screens, the director screamin cut
Based on what?
Take 23 let’s get this scene and then it’ll be enough
Right?
Throw some grain on if you can and that is that
I’m in that space between your hands about to clap,
Those walls are caving in and they say congratulations that’s a wrap.
Chorus 3:
Tell me,
You think it’s all in your head
You might be already dead
It’s funny when you think about it all again…
Outro:
Those words don’t do you justice
Those words don’t do you justice
Those words don’t do you justice
Those words don’t do you justice
Those words don’t do you justice
Those words don’t do you justice
(fractions of infinity)
Those words don’t do you justice
(show me how you’ll sentence me) - Hudba

Hello CDTV
Quadeca top 10 video please. Also much love to the recent content

“been afraid of nothing for so long
that’s why i’m stuck with it
but nothing is gonna change
until i change what nothing is”
Quadeca is a fresh new breath of air in the music scene. His music is profound and i can't wait till his next album in 15 years.
Fr 😂this one gonna be so hard to top
Can't wait to listen to his next project in the afterlife!! 😊
Nah he's been consistent lately
He announced the album this year and actually dropped it this year whereas he announced fmty in late 2019 and was supposed to drop it in 2020 but dropped it in 2021
Ya should look up “Jean Dawson” and “Paris Texas”
I dont know. He might create a teleporting blackhole or something...
This track is undoubtedly one of the best tracks on the album bruh. This man is making big moves working with Sunday Service Choir. All love man!
My fav track fr
Agree but also, every track is one of the best on the album there are no misses
@@jbyeet420 start of the album starts off pretty shaky production wise. beat is everywhere and there doesn’t really seem to be a solid theme to most of the songs. but once you hit born yesterday it starts sounding like a completely different album imo.
@@evade9039 No solid theme? We talking about the same album?
@@jbyeet420 Wym theme
literally the most incredible album. the rich soundscapes, powerful lyrics, crazy collabs, the quality of the production, it's just all unreal! also the way this can be english teachered is so good lol
I agree with you minecraft pink sheep, very eloquently put. Couldn't have said it better!
english teachered? what?
@@orpheus6968 as in ' what did the author mean with this?' because there's layers with this album
@@ficamica1 huh, first time I see something dense described like that lol don't think this album is all that honestly, it's way more impressive sonically rather than thematically
@@orpheus6968 obviously haven’t heard enough of it
Quadeca got the drip
i know some people have their own meaning and interpretation. but this album dropped at the perfect time for me. my best friend of years took his own life november of 2020. so november every year is a rough time for me. i like to imagine i’m listening to this from his perspective. thank you quadeca for such a beautiful gift. i feel like he lives on through this. you’re truly a life saver, and difference maker.
❤
Stay strong bro ❤
hope ur doing well 🙏
Losing someone is something we’ll never come to grips with. All we can do is cherish the time we had with them. Stay strong bro.
Me too bro. Just a few months ago. God it hurts so much. But we always talked music, we always talked about comethazine and quadeca lol. And he would've loved this album. He lives on through the music we shared. To anyone reading this, love those around you and reach out. They care and you are loved
beautiful

Mr cc is an appreciator
Quadeca keeps himself hydrated confirmed
Is my music ok??
At first listen I thought the album was *just* a massive step up for Quad, but the story being told in this album just keeps unfolding itself with more listens. This album is perfect.
This is the way to catch a crowd. Whether you like it or not, this is music. Your interpretation to the next person. Your note, their ear.
Your lyrics, their emotion.
This will change music in the new year
i cant get over this bridge man. "I think I hit my target weight, got exorcized while I stood in place" are you kidding me???? this is ridiculously good. i know im just a random dude so my opinion probably dont matter much to you but I hope you understand how incredible this entire album is
Love that he kept some of the laughs in from the SSC, they bring a vibe.
If you haven't seen the bts yet, I highly recommend it.
Definitely one of my favorite songs on the album. This song is on repeat!!! Im very happy it got a music video
Seeing this live was literally life changing
My favorites on the album keep changing out but this definitely stays up there as one of them. so beautiful
for anyone wondering, this was filmed in the burj al babas in Turkey. It was meant to be a community of luxury apartments but they had to halt the project when the economy crashed, so its left as a weird ghost town of half built disney castles
BRO THIS GUY DESERVES A GRAMMY, BRO IS MAD UNDERRATED
If they don’t play this at my funeral I ain’t dying
I will always be proud to say i was here, this whole project feels like something that will last longer than any of us ever will
Okay, can i say how genius the last part is? The phrase “Those words don’t do you justice.” could refer to forgiveness, basically that Quadeca’s ghost can’t be judged based off a single bad decision, or could emphasize how bad his sin really is. It could also refer to God himself, meaning no matter how hard we try we can never comprehend him fully. This is the kind of thing that Christian music has been missing for decades.
Facts
my interpretation is that this song is a funeral and people are giving speeches but simple words can't encapsulate something so valuable as the human life. It's a very powerful moment regardless
@@fartemis YES this has always been my personal favorite interpretation as well
their voices sound like an ocean, its so beautiful
Quad floating when the choir come in is the perfect representation of everybody hearing this for the first time
“Been afraid of ‘Nothing’ for so long.
That’s why I’m stuck with it.
But ‘Nothing’ is gonna change
Until I change what ‘Nothing’ is”
Quadeca, though we've never actually met of course, you don't know the extent of how not just your music, but you as a person has positively affected my life. I remember watching insecure for the first time, and completely obbssesing. But I'm so happy that you've grown as a person and I have with you in a way. You were my favorite artist then, and you will forever continue to be. It's crazy how all of this started from a dream I can't remember. You inspire me to deep dive into production and go crazy with it. Love you quad (: your an amazing person and I'm sad that you've been feeling down these past few. Hope you overcome!!
This man has a song with Dax
one of the most beautiful songs ever
bro has me crying, wtf 😂😭 this is so good
QUADECA YOU HAVE MADE MY FAVORITE ALBUM OF ALL TIME. This some of the most unique artistical expressions I have seen in all 17 years of damn existence.
I'm 27. My thoughts are identical. This album is a masterpiece.
this song is like if 24 and come to life were made by a edgy 22-year-old white boy
@@waynicliz well that "22 year old edgy white boy" made a way better album than donda so...
@@waynicliz cap and I love Donda
@@swenpai off the grid on its own is better than all if this album. Y'all are just dickriding
I completely forgot this was the guy who dissed KSI. Happy to say I was here for the full evolution of this man.
I started floating the same way Quad was floating when the Sunday service choir came in
THOSE WORDS DONT DO YOU JUSTICE !!!!
this has been unironically one of the best years for music
so many masterpieces like this album released this year
So true, I look back on 2021 fondly, but these more underground projects are blowing the mainstream releases out of the water. Truly in love with the wonderful and creative people behind some of the albums this year, what a time to be alive 🤙
Best year for music so far in human history, hands down
this decade in general has been amazing so far
@@shamanic_nostalgia what? 💀

Quadeca I know you probably won’t see this, but I just want to to know we’re so proud of your and your journey not just as an artist but as a person. This new album is nothing short of incredible… you’re a huge inspiration to me and a lot of other aspiring creatives. Wish You the best man!

FLOATING QUADECA IS ICONIC
this song alongside born yesterday are some of quadeca's best emotional works to date
I love how this album is about a ghost who existed long after his family died, stuck to the world in denial, eventually coming to terms with his death and moving onto the afterlife. such a fresh idea
definitely my aoty. good job quadeca.
quadeca is the best thing to happen to me
GOATECA 🐐🐐
Quadeca, I want you to know that I will forever treasure what you did here. I have listened to this album more times than any other album in recent years. And every time I come back, there's always something new to discover, always something new to feel.
This is an incredible album, and I hope you know that you created something special here.
The whole albums fucking incredible, and I just love how many phases all the songs have, especially this one.
Must've been really good you made it your pfp I don't blame you top 5 album I've listened to which doesn't say much but it's definitely amazing
this song has to win some type of award, this is genuinely one of the most beautiful and captivating songs I've ever heard and the music video is just the cherry on top. another common Quadeca W.
Quadeca be like: Let me just disappear for most of the year and come back at the very end with a new banger album
There are no words that can do justice as to how beautiful this art that Quadeca makes is
i am OBSESSED with this song.
it is all that's left
Absolutely incredible. It's been a pretty long time since I heard anything that made me go "ive never heard anything like this before".

Unbelievable how underrated this is.
2:45 to 3:45 is probably one of the best minutes of music ever created
This is the greatest song of all time
sue me bih
For everyone wondering where this is being recorded, I think it's somewhere called Burj Al Babas. It's a ghost town in Turkey. They built 587 identical Disney-style castles, but no one wanted it as their house apparently (except for one dude that hung up a flag and left)
AOTY Quads evolution is crazy been listening since i was 14 i have grown so much alongside quad. Genuinely my favorite artist ever so talented.
I've let the album sit with me for the last few days and I gotta say this is one of the best albums of the year, definitely best concept for an album I've heard in a while. The improvement since FMTY is day and night. It feels like I'm listening to a totally different person. While there's still room for improvement the albums concept by itself outshines the smaller flaws. I hope that one day you get the recognition you deserve because this is gold. Much love bro ❤
“There’s still room for improvement” felt entirely unnecessary.
@@Tanwolly I mean personally there always is with everything. Doesn't take away from the album being absolutely phenomenal.
As masterful this album is
I bet Quadeca can make an album that exceeds higher than this
@@ayamurayama3961 I agree
@@Eggsy1 that's the reason it was unnecessary
this album will never be toped, except for quads next album.
There are better albums, but this is by far Quadeca's best without a question, and easily top 5 best of 2022
What the heck is this? This song is out of this world literally, I felt like I was on a trip through heaven and hell simultaneously. I feel emotionally violated.
don't really like to do these "omg i love your work so much" comments but this album left me at a point where i wanna say something cause this is just so amazing
The whole album is a masterpiece but this is top 3 song for me. Quad didn't just drop an album, he dropped a whole damn experience with these sound waves and his storytelling. 🔥
The entire second half of this is without a doubt my favorite musical moment of this year.
the dedication to go all the way to Turkey to film a banger music video!
This and tell me joke are my favorite songs on the album. And both have music videos that perfectly capture the feeling. Like he’s trapped in a limbo after death where he’s led to muse on the failed relationships and impact of his life. I love the landscape and how it encapsulates the idea of being trapped in an infinitely empty place. It’s s unique explorative idea that I’ve never seen before and Quad hit a home run with this one

This track is undoubtedly one of the best tracks on the album bruh. Its #1 on a top 10,762 album in the world. Sick song

quadeca really did have album of the year 2022. my second would be ants from up there but the production on idmthy is maybe the best ive ever heard.
Don’t stop being you. You are a visionary
THE GOAT
after having heard the entire album multiple times - this is probably my favourite piece of music - not just from the album, favourite ever. the sense of bleak acceptance starting to creep in as the ghost starts coming to the realisation that there's nothing really left - I really don't have any words, it's haunting. and the feature from the sunday service choir has really grown on me - i like it more every time i hear it
Kinda unrelated but this is the place where STORROR went for a parkour hide and seek video!

im still so amazed and can't really find the words for how this album and also this song makes me feel. i never really had a same feeling in my life that i feel so heard and bonded to an album. my dad died when i was 14 and this album feels like stuff i always felt but never could put my words on. thank you so much quadeca really means a lot. i will remember this album forever
