  • Join me on day three of my Wuhan breakfast adventure as I explore the local morning delights. After trying 热干面 (hot dry noodles) and 豆皮 (Doupi), today I dive into a bowl of wontons-mini dumplings served in a savory broth with a seafood twist. Along the way, I discover the unique linguistic quirks that make ordering food in different parts of China an adventure of its own.
Watch as I navigate the morning rain, interact with locals, and enjoy a satisfying meal that kickstarts my day in Wuhan.

Hey Mark, I watched the ABs playing against Argentina last Saturday at Eden Park - quite an awesome experience. I think I've started taking a liking for rugby, so maybe I will watch your rugby channel more, lol...

That was a fun breakfast Mark! I love Asian food, especially traditional Chinese food…I experienced such variety in Shenzen, I can’t wait to visit again when the world resumes a semblance of normality! Looking forward to taking on the ABs at Ellis Park next weekend. Forget the hype and BS, Saffas never underestimate an All Black side, it should be a great spectacle! Take care and enjoy the match! BOKKE! 🇳🇿🏉🇿🇦💪🍺🍺👍

Haha I had the first classes of Chinese. So you understand all the tones when these people are talking so fast 😂
Haha also me and that hot Chinese girl are gonna schedule a time so she can "help me" with Chinese haha, but I'm okay if me and her just hang out 😂

Kiwi from Kāpiti here. Used to travel a lot and always interested in languages.
I am curious you use "aye" when I (presume) I am hearing 'eh'?
"Aye" is what I think of for the Māori/Scottish word for 'yes'.
