Hi, I have commented on several of G&A's videos because of this same feeling you describe. I can't see them in Chicago BUT my niece lives like 15min away from the chicago venue. I'm going to try to see if I can buy them tickets to go in my place so they can tell me what it really was like. i'm trapped in clevo, responsibilities.....#sigh. What I wanted to say is that I see 2 things that make G&A special. 1) G is THE master of assembling the little pieces-parts of what electronica songs are, like the master LEGO builder. her constructions are hypnotic and they own you. she has so much soul. she also has outside influences besides rave/trance. she uses world/tribal/rock and many other rhythms. it never gets old like you said "better and different" and 2) the vocals. nothing exists in the known universe like that. I could type pages on the details of what the vocals do special.. This is maybe the most special thing since electronica started even tho there are other dj+live/live remix /CERCLE artists. Reasons 1 and 2 are why G&A are the most-est special-est of all of them heh. Have a great time at the show. #megagreenjellybean haha

After the first album, I knew that they would rise and continue in the same spirit in which they play beautifully - this is a new direction in music. Keep it up, girls!
Such a remarkable discovery. Like a journey through the galaxy that lives inside you. And the location is amazing! Like a dream come true. Honestly? I listened to it twice completely and only from the third attempt I fully appreciated the beauty and vibes of this set. Music of this type never really attracted me because I didn't feel sense and soul in other artists of this genre. Being shrewd and sensitive, I always see if there is emptiness behind someone's rhythm. But your music does have deep sense and a beautiful soul (or should I say, two beautiful souls?), it just takes time to feel all this. And then it becomes your delight, your remedy and inspiration. Thank you, girls, for sharing your light with us!
