- Another affordable and beatiful city in Malta is here and it is called Mosta. Exploring Mosta was incredible experience, you can see the Maltese architecture all over the city, there are wide and tiny streets around. Renting an apartment in Mosta is a great idea as it is stands for an affordable and beautiful city in Malta. The Mosta dome is in the city centre, stands beautifuly around coffee shops and bars.

Greetings from Glasgow, love Malta, lots to do, not expensive, very nice and respectful people, English speaking and even drive on the left too, the history of Malta is on another level as it was torn between Christians and Muslims over the centuries but what I really admire is the sacrifice the Maltese people made during ww2 against the German and Italian air force who bombed the Island mercilessly making it the most bombed place in ww2, had the brave people of Malta and the British garrison with very few planes not held out the course of the 2nd ww would have been very different, the George cross is the least Britain could give these brave people, will never for the life of me understand why Britain refused to embrace Malta into the fold.
Hi, recently found your channel and have been enjoying catching up on your videos. Mosta has a lot to offer, lots of nice walks both in the village and there are a couple of valleys which are really nice. Also recently I have heard that you can view/climb the done of the church and also they have opened up one of the WW2 shelters for public viewing. cheers 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

That particular bakery is where i always buy pizza for only 1.20€. I miss that place. Sitting on that bench while eating and going to church in Mosta. It brings back memories

Mosta is a lovely place to live as it is also located in the central area of Malta. I’m Maltese and would love to see you recommend place on the south side of Malta such as Birzebbugia, Marsaxlokk or Marsascala. They are all beautiful locations and lots of things to do + not expensive to live in. Thank you and love watching your videos ❤️

A very entertaining tour of Mosta. I enjoyed visiting the church, walking through the narrow streets and wandering along the main street with the petrol station which I found so unique, as you did. I had to use the public conveniences while I was there, but I can't confirm whether there's a glory hole, I didn't notice one. 🤣

You should explore a but more the peripheral areas such as the valley, speranza area, targa gap etc...its really beautiful.
ALWAYS LOVED MOSTA😍. Just up the hill from my St Paul's Bay. Alex, Mosta used to be nationally highly admired for the number of EXCELLENT SCHOOL TEACHERS (male & female) that came/hailed from there🚸 . It's just Mosta people were highly academic 🎓. It might still be 🤔 BTW, . I used to love those type of pastizzi ☺ 😋.

Can you please explain the bus system? Tips and tricks to decrease the trip time ??! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
A bus ticket costs €1:50. You can use the same ticket if you get in another bus by not later by 1 hour. The trip time depends on the traffic, and whether the bus that passes is full up or not, you can't do anything about that. If you're going to stay on the island for a long time there's also a "tallinja card" which you can get in Valletta terminus.

Is the 700 Euro per month for a room is with a reserved carpark ? Does have private parking and public parking there in these areas ?where do the residents normally park their car ?
If the apartments are new, they have underground parking or garages, which you have pay extra for or buy with the apartment. Otherwise you park wherever you find on the street... There are no reserved car park. Which can be a bit of a problem.
Hey. 700 for a room is a lot, 700 you can find a 2 bedroom apartment. Some new buildings have private apartment which is at extra cost, but there are free public spaces all around
