The song is from Rens darkest days, when he really didn't think he was going to live much longer. Bibi said in an interview that they said their final goodbyes twice because they thought he wouldn't make it through the night. Much love and a big hug to everyone out there who is suffering. One of my absolute favourite Ren songs. It’s the perfect expression of fear and agony in lyrics, vocals, melody, and even the video. Heart wrenching and stunning. And never has distortion sounded that emotional! Also this song is very different from everything else in his catalogue. Definitely a special one. Unfortunately it doesn’t get nearly as much attention as it deserves, so thank you for checking it out 🖤🐰🕳️

This was recorded on a very cold day in Oct. 2015, a couple of months before he finally got diagnosed correctly with Lyme disease. Along with his physical pain, he's portraying the psychosis he suffered at that time because of the disease. He talks about this video in the description or pinned comment.

She was his crutch, and she helped him for as long as she could.. the main take away is when she did leave she left him standing on his own 2 feet. ❤
