Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
All purpose flour 3 cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
instant Yeast 1 tsp
Dry Milk Powder 3 tbsp
Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
Water (lukewarm) 1cup or as required
-Chicken Topping:
Boneless Chicken 250 g
garlic paste 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1&1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Mustard Paste 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pizza sauce

The water i used in the recipe is luke warm.

1. I have Morphy Richards Black Betty 52L OTG oven. It takes 16-18 mins for me to cook the pizza. I keep it at 250 deg C in the middle rack in Toast / Convection mode (both rods heated). Any idea why it is taking so long?
2. Should I keep it in Bake (bottom rod heated) or Toast / Convection mode (both rods heated) mode?
3. Can we keep 2 pizzas at the same time?
Try to keep your oven at 200°C. Pre heat your oven first along with the tray that you are using to bake your pizza. Generally it'll take about 10mins. Slide your pizza in to the tray or you may take the tray and put you pizza into it. Choose any which is convenient for you. Then bake your pizza for about 10-15mins, untill the cheese melts and the crust becomes golden brown.
Mode: Bake
Yes you can bake two pizzas at the same time but you've to switch them halfway to get perfect baked pizzas.

For how long should we preheat the oven? And bake at what temperature?
A small suggestion. Pls mention the measurement of your cup when you use . Bcz iam sure not evryone would have the same cup . If the flour amount is increased your one spoon sugar n yeast is not going to help them raise or double in size . If the flour becomes less it will stink . I made this recipe and my flour dint raise even a bit . And the flour tasted bland.
