The Prime Hellstrom will go perfectly with his sister. If I'm correct that only takes damage from attacks is perfect for cthon on the sideline to erase that 1 unavoidable damage.
@@HeroclixHeadquartersOK, I wasn't sure about that. I was thinking the wording on Damian superceded that. If there isn't a way around that you might as well run him alone or just use Blackheart. +1 but I take a click per turn. Unless I sit there? Am I wrong? Thought I was onto something 🤣 My Destroyer seems so much more straightforward as a sideline figure now. To the point and beneficial.
I think he has potential, although i would like it if that green door trait was like an optional add on or something, thatd be nice, then he could be like a 30ish point supporting figure.
I need to get my hands on prime hellstrom still for my detective teams, i dont know if id play him for 100 points, but for 65 Id definitely consider him. Imagine popping out a chainsaw and he has line of sight to the defender and now a chainsaw will flurry bcf an opposing character or 2 with penetrating damage. Over all a really neat character with really interesting potential. In spite of the interwsting potential however he doesnt hold a candle to spider man, kamo, or mad jim
Yeah I did, my bad. I occasionally miss the lower lines when I don't have the physical thing, and I'm just looking at it on my phone. But I wouldn't say he's much better at 65, he just trades running shot for charge and is more easily one shot cause he's got less health, though you could give him a motorcycle to stay more at range but idk, I think I'd rather just play him at 100 if I'm gonna play him lol.
@@HeroclixHeadquartersif you use HCunits to browse figures, it actually shows a really good image of the card and characters point lines and all that. I only use my phone for making teams and looking at stuff and hcunits hasnt failed me yet!
Understandable. I have had fun with him though. Gave meme slap Batman the motorcycle to have passenger and just had him carry Daimon around so all his slaps and Interrupting slaps become penetrating
How did you not get Sasquatch!? I got 4 of them, lol! The rare distribution in these bricks was so whack. I had 3 bricks, so one of them had 2 Sasquatches, same for Elektra and Iron Fist. Meanwhile, I only got 1 Werewolf By Night, and 1 Elsa and 1 Mordred? #DEATH RIDER!! + Alejandra!!
Lol, yeah, for me it was moon knight, I got like 3 or 4 of him and also just 1 or 2 of most uncommons. I think the 4 per pack thing must have thrown it off a bit
If you have the 200pt Op kit Cosmic Moon Knight use him (Quake and out so you can possibly get prob, outwit and perplex) as your pilot for Rare Horse Moon Knight. When he pops out once Moon Knight goes down be sure to KO the lowest health thing on the map to gain a Avatar token. Once cosmic Moon Knight dies he'll come back on click 4 thanks to his Avatar token. Pilots can't heal but Cosmic Moon Knights wording doesn't say "heal" simply just "turn to click 4" 😊 your welcome. The best Pilot for Elektra so far is Hawkeye and Hawkeye for me. The Punisher is good for outwit and once she is Ko'd he will have traited mastermind, Leadership and summoning last min ninjas.
Yeah I meant to mention op kit moon knight is the best moon knight currently but I still need to get one lol. Good call on the Hawkeye duo for elektra though! Lots of different power combos for her to swap to. And punisher not bad either, probably a good choice for a pilot in Pulp games.
I got stuck wondering when you reviewed the Iron Fist (because he crushed me on a sealed game), what is the recommended method to charge the glowing clix? I have seen people leaving them under direct sun light, or leaving them under a LED light...
According to wizkids, I believe the said put it under a UV light for a while. So if that's the case, I think sunlight is probably the next best. But they made a post about it right around the release of the set I think on Facebook or Instagram if you can find it

I do like the XoS chase Apocalypse as a pilot though since he comes out with 13 atk, 5 dmg, and 21 def and has some good powers to use. Only down side is he'll ko himself at the end of your turn but still strong.
I'm going to pair him with Hellfire Gala Rogue. Probably put a Motorcycle on him for Combat Reflexes. Idk who else to pair with him though. Use him with Falcon and double Scott Porter, leaving you 90 points. Who else is a good Soldier in Modern?
So many good rares in this set. I wasn't sad to get any unless i already had it. You pretty much said everything I would.
Love the Ketch since he's my favorite Ghost Rider. Sasquatch prime won me a Venom GoS at PAX, wish I could've drafted him too

Yeah that's pretty much my issue with him, cool idea but too many points and just so many better primes.

You can't have more than one orb on a pulp team right?
No in pulp all characters are unique but orb is still good enough to use multiples in regular games
When using black heart, would you still have to roll for breakaway when placing away/would someone he is placing also have to roll for breakaway
No, breakaway rolls are only for moving, they are being placed so no one needs to breakaway.
