Sorry about the late reply, but thats really exciting to hear!
For the interview, really just be yourself, if you love Disney, don't be afraid to let it show. Also if your preferences have changed since the initial application, don't be to worried about that either, they're pretty much fine and will endeavour to find you somewhere you'll fit regardless.
As for the visa interview, it's not really an "interview" per se, they'll just go through your paperwork, ask why your going to the USA and then ask you to pay them... thats pretty much it.
