মীরদা দার্জিলিং চা যদি আম জনতার কাছে সহজলভ্য হয় তাহলে চায়ের গুরুত্ব বেশ বাড়বে !! কারন ওই চায়ের প্রায় 90%ই বিদেশে চলে যায় আর বাকি খুবই দামী !! কিন্তু আমরা যদি local marketকেও এর সাথে যুক্ত করতে পারি তাহলে কিন্তু অনেক বেশি লাভ tea board দেখবে !! আর বাঙালি মানেই ভাড়ে চা ও জমিয়ে আড্ডা !!

দার্জিলংয়ের ছোটো ছোটো গুমটি আর রাস্তার ধারে বানানো মোমো সবথেকে ভালো। আমি যখন প্রথম দার্জিলিং যাই তখন আমি অনেকটাই ছোটো, রাস্তায় মোমো আর থুপা খেয়েছিলাম। জানতাম ও না ওটাকে মোমো বলে। জানলাম অনেক পরে। কিন্তু সেই মোমো যা সুন্দর ছিল তার টেস্ট আমি কোনোদিন ভুলতে পারবো না। দার্জিলিং থেকে গ্যাংটক যাওয়ার পথে এক জায়গায় খেয়েছিলম। অসাধারণ ছিল।

its really good that you people are featuring food outside kolkata. you should shoot on other locations like mandarmani, bakhali coz there they also offers a huge numbers of delicious sea food. those tastes are unmatchable. also i would like to add one more food genra of kolkata that is south indian food. i myself have tried a lot and they are really authentic. people don't have to travel south to taste authentic coz kolkata already offers that. so its my hearty request if you please feature southindian food in your episodes. thank you. big fan!
