one of the best music vids ever made. the amount of running they did was impressive.
This could be a fitness video. You could get a hella great workout from it ! Or else get groin pulls, sprains, torn ligaments, bruises, bumps, road rash from too much contact with pavement. They might have used stunt doubles.

Good choice.
classical? motzart is classical.
Given the context when Star Trek is set it would be considered classical since the movie is set 269 years after the song was released. Song came out in 1994, Star Trek Beyond is set in 2263.
"Sabotage" is still my favorite 1970's crime-drama TV show.
It's what "Life on Mars" SHOULD'VE been! 😎

Thank you for letting us know about the show "Sabotage". I was born late 70's so I never have seen it let alone known about it. Now the video makes so much more sense. When the video came out I always wondered why they were dressed up like '70s cops. Now I know again thank you. It's an awesome video.

We Gen X generation made some of the best music. I'm forever stuck in 90's.
With my now 4 year old daughter we discovered this song would help her calm down and stop crying as a newborn. We have a 5 day old son and it worked again! I’m ready to preach the gospel of the Beastie Boys to new parents!
Amen!
I used to play this at maximum volume in the car when my daughter was a baby and it calmed her straight away. Now she is older she loves jumping around to it!
My parents legit used old school music like this, Metallica, deep purple, van Halen, etc for my siblings and is nap times

I love it when music transcends age and generation gaps, and this video has created a special moment for you that you treasure @Johnny Begood. Likewise I still remember the first time I saw this video, just love the action and the intensity of the music to match it - which is why I just watched it again. They dress like it's an over-the-top parody but set up each scene and then charge around like its a full on cops versus criminals showdown.

+Jama M Jama Growing up in the 1970s, almost every cop show that started at 9:00pm or later was like this, including the cameo of the celebrity starring as himself. That's why they made the video, in fact. As an homage to those long gone days.
