I love Phelice Sampler, too. Days should've never killed Renee off and Donna chose to leave AW for los Angeles for greener pastures, but came back. She was Donna.
Anna Stuart was always a fascinating actress. Never got the credit she deserved. Solid and grounded and graceful with an extra, indescribable quality. She made Donna a very complicated character.
The AW. cast always had excellent chemistry with each other no matter who had scenes with who with the exception. GL. ATWT TEXAS SOMERSET OLTL among others AW. cast had the best chemistry . I just dont see it amongst the 4 remaining in even soaps especially GH
I loved Micheal and Donna together. I hated Donna and Matthew together talk about a bad couple . Donna was no cradle snatcher and they played her out as that. Not good.
NBC should've never ever *$#@&+ with their lineup. Days/AW/Santa Barbara. Winning combination of they'd have stuck with it and kept the shows going. They were 3 distinctly different shows. To trade SB and AW for lower rated sunset beach and passions was just an insult. Embarrassing part of their history of terrible decisions making.

The same thing with former executive producer paul Rauch everybody loved him on another world . He and mr. Lamay brought AW. Up in the ratings during the 70s. But yet paul couldn't produce the same magic on GL. Neither could claire labine she did wonders 4 Ryan's hope but not GL. Interestingly both paul and Lamay both worked on the former soap for richer for POOER and unfortinitly they couldn't work the same magic on that show like they did on the very classic another. World I'm sure the list of former executive producers and head writers who were able 2 work magic on 1 show but not another goes on and on and on . I just find it very interesting
Had to come here to watch Anne H. again, in the scenes that made me a forever fan.
