something is missing because this isn't working for me
yes
good vid but I have question. How to do if I have to add a shadow on an object placed with others objects in the scene? I mean... in your tutorial you had a white background but how to manage a shadow on a single object on a table? Thanks in advance, Jacob!
I'm stuck it doesn't make the object black when making the initial second shadow. Its selected but when I make it black nothing changes and it doesn't show up as black.
this guy don't want to teach
@@user-bp2rx8ec2x Looks like he hasn't done a recent vid or maybe he is busy and doesn't get notifications. I do vids and do check my comments. Would grant some grace.
Fill the selection with black. It is turning white for me :/
Followed same steps
I'm having the same issue, did you manage to fix it up?
I'm lost on minute 1:06. There is no way for me to fill up that selection with black... :(
Me too
Paint bucket helped me
@@orifoto It helped me too. I can't never seem to fill up the selection like he does it.
Just press Alt+ Delete
OOO AWESOME!! AS REQUESTED!!
Yep! Just as requested. More to come :)
Roar Factory is the best and straight to the goal
Thanks, mate! I used it today for my image. Regards, Food Shooter Singapore.
How do you select black?
way too good! such useful information thanks m8
Thanks matiee :)
awesome video...curious....did you say GUA-JIAN blur? lol - It's "GA"....then "U"........correct sounds like gau-see-an
Super helpful! Thank you.
You are genius
Thanks a lot
Haha im glad you think so 😁
Did you just shoot the original donut picture with a white background? Wondering about the impact of background color bleeding onto the product making it difficult to change the background color afterwards and then also if you should add some fake color bleeding onto the donut to make it look natural when applying that "fake" background color.
I shoot on whites, grey and black depending what the final colour will be. I personally dont like the look of background colour bleed.. But thats just me
@@RoarFactory Awesome thanks!
Oh wow thank you 😊
no dramas :) thank you for commenting! means a lot
Thank you from brazil
Thank YOU for commenting 😊
nice
Why do I still have a hard edge even after the gaussian blur effect is added
Maybe you have a mask above it in the layer stack?
this method is not working
to fast to learn
You are obviously very good at what you do, but you have the same problem as most other people that explain things on You Tube. You talk so fast that it is almost impossible to follow you except for rewinding all the time. Which is what people must do that learn stuff from scratch. It is not like there is a time limit for you to finish something. You were the 3rd guy whose video I watched, and I am now moving on again to find someone that explains something slowly so that I can follow.
