Wow... I'm surprised to learn about that thing about Shay, Dan. I mean I knew he liked Mori but I honestly thought that it wasn't serious to the extent that he planned his trips to the Philippines to be primarily about her. All the while I was under the impression that it was about everybody involved (meeting up with his subscribers, followers, and every other artist that he featured in his reactions... plus guesting in the Wish 107.5's awarding night). So that probably explains why I haven't been seeing his reaction videos lately.
Well it was about all of those things you mentioned. But his initial trip was to see Moris concert just like my first trip was about Regines concert. The rest of the times was to support other artists, connect with his subscribers, and connect with musicians and managers for when he's ready to launch his music career. He's been absent recently due to editing his New Zealand vlogs, writing his music and working a full time job, whilst also kitting out his studio. I don't think people appreciate how long it takes to record just one reaction video
Shay honestly thought he would end up with Morissette? Anyone could see in videos that Morissette saw him as a big fan & treated him as such. I cannot see Morissette leading someone on either. Morissette's father & maybe mother, doesn't want her in any relationship, including Dave. But, Morissette is an adult & finally stood her ground because she's in love.. anyone can tell she's madly in love with Dave. They've been best friends for many years. Did you really think Shay had a chance? I'm not being mean, he seems like a good guy, but there are probably hundreds of guys & maybe girls that are in love with Morissette... she's gorgeous & extremely talented! Shay had to pick up on the fact she was being nice.. humble... & grateful to him as a fan & as a reactor. That's why she met you.. she really appreciates reactors. You share her talent & increase her fan base all over the world! That's how I found out about Mori, through a reactor. I appreciate what you do, and I am happy that you're focusing on being a Dad! They grow up so fast! Congrats on your little girl!
Its not just what you saw in the vlogs, but everything beyond that. Ah well, water under the bridge. Shays moved on from that part of his life.
@@EAPFilmsOfficial I understand that... it's not my business anyway, just seemed that Morissette wasn't interested, but did, and continues to respect her fans & reactors. Just today, in a new interview, she spoke about reactors & how they help her have a more global presence & fan base. I do feel bad for Shay if he truly thought they had a chance. They call Morissette "the most generous singer/artis", because she takes time & meets with the
@@kellirogers7255 Yeah shes definitely generous, humble and respectful to her fans and reactors (though we're fans too 😊). Its lovely to read that even now she still credits us with helping her international exposure. Would love to meet her again without time restraints. First time I met her she was performing that evening, and the second time I met her, it was late and after the Wish Awards so energy was high, and everyone wanted to meet her so it was quite tiring for us all. But maybe a more social-like meet up would be great. Even if its with Dave as well - could maybe play a game of Mr and Mrs 😂 and Ill play host

well i didnt think Shay"s feelings for Mori was serious at all it was more like infatuation.. i wont believe that Mori led him on shes just being friendly and appreciative with all her fans.. and as you can see she's a simple girl she fell in love with dave whos a simple guy btw the guy's fam is known to be missionaries and help a lot of people but living simply in the countryside thats why many of her fans didnt like him for her..but hey shes happy with him who are we to know whos better for her.. right? shes an adult, been a good daughter to her parents she left her earnings to them and started from bottom again when she was forced to leave home cos they couldnt support her on her decisions..sad that sometimes filipino parents get a bit more control freaks u know...
