Didn't show a video server/channel creation but I assume one can create such a thing and then be able to see and hear members joining, like a Zoom video meeting?

I created a sever in this video on the second half. But yes. You can create your own server with different channels. Make an audio channel and you can screenshare and video chat in those channels.
