- Join me on my first day in Colorado's San Juan Mountains where conditions are absolutely terrible for Landscape Photography but we try to make the best of it. Sometimes everything works out and makes things easy; this was certainly not one of those times.
Would love to know what you think down below and look out for the next few episodes coming soon! Thanks for watching.

There's lots of areas to be explored on the back roads in that area. The divide is a nice low effort place to shoot but being so crowded and by the road it doesn't really give the "vibe " I'm usually looking for. I went out there for fall this year. Would've be crazy if we ran into each other.
Im sure you'll recognize the spots in the 4 videos I did from there. I only went to the divide that very first morning like I said. Never went back.
Thank you for sharing your wonder in this beautiful world, Alex. And welcome to Colorado!
Thanks Viktor! Hope this coming year is a little better haha
YYZ RUSH - YES!!! 2112 wasn't available?
I kept hoping you find a way to work in that old wooden fence with the barbed wire into the foreground. Sometimes I can get a little too busy, trying to add one too many characters into the story, but I'm a sucker for old fence lines. Loved your comp too. :)
It wouldn't fit :( 7 character max. You know I don't have a good answer about the fence. Ill say it didn't strike me to have it in the shot when I was there so maybe it just wasn't pleasing enough BUT that isn't to say if I didn't go back and look now that it might not just be better. I really don't know!
@@AlexArmitage Aaaahhh... it was just a thought. Love your post work and your style.
@@GinoBarasa Thanks Gino!
Looks amazing Alex. You found a great area to explore. Great job on the video!
Thanks for much Alfredo! This place was insane, even with awful conditions.
Great job Alex. We meet out there that day. You made the best of tough conditions.
Hey thanks David! I think I got one of your cards. Hope the rest of your trip was successful as the conditions never really got any better haha.
That was from the guy I was with. Looking forward to to Part 2.

Thanks. With a one day drive through, won’t have time to explore.
